Our carefully selected collection of properties salute every interest, from ski-in, ski out condos to exquisite mountain retreats. With our combined marketing efforts, we can reach a vacation rental database of over 30,000 guests.
Owners Chris and Sarah Bradford started Winter Park Lodging Company in 2003 and always dreamed of moving to Steamboat. In 2014, their dream was realized and they moved to Steamboat. Steamboat Lodging Company owners Sarah & Chris Bradford are able to lend special knowledge about the challenges of the vacation rental industry. Relying on their personal experience they have developed The Steamboat Lodging Company Model as an innovative approach to property management for owners.
