Our Maintenance Team is here to make sure your property gets the personal care it needs. They are your boots on the ground task force, responsible for keeping your home in tip-top condition.
In addition to being available 24/7 for any urgent home needs, they also provide all routine maintenance, including servicing hot tubs, checking TV/Audio connectivity, fire & CO2 safety checks, maintaining outdoor grills, changing light bulbs, unclogging sinks & toilets….and so much more.

Our Vacation Planning Team communicates with our guests before, during and after their stay to ensure that they are having the best Steamboat experience possible. Our friendly, knowledgeable Vacation Planners take phone reservations seven days a week. Having visited all of our properties they literally know our homes inside and out; and as full-time locals, can also give you the inside scoop on specific neighborhoods, local amenities and events.
In addition to helping you find your lodging, our Vacation Planners can also guide you in booking discounted ski rentals, lift tickets, car rentals, airport shuttles and travel insurance.
Our Guest Experience Team communicates with our guests before, during and after their stay to ensure that they are having the best Steamboat experience possible.
Based right here in Steamboat, they are the go-to for EVERYTHING Steamboat Springs – where to go snowmobiling, who serves the best steak in town, how late do the buses run?…you ask it, they’ll find you the answer.

We employ all of our Housekeepers on a year-round, full-time basis. This has allowed us to build a dedicated, highly skilled team that knows your home as well as you do.
Our Housekeeping team utilizes our smart lock systems to enter a special door code upon completing each property clean, which then informs our Property Inspectors that the home is ready to inspect. Upon completing the property inspection, the inspector then enters their ‘clean & inspected’ code which alerts the Guest Services department that the home is ready for guest arrival.
This small, tech-savvy step in the cleaning process has allowed us to delight numerous guests with the offer of an early check-in on their arrival day.
Our dedicated Property Inspections team visit every home after it has been cleaned to ensure we keep the highest of housekeeping standards.
In addition to going through a comprehensive checklist of cleaning checks, they also check all audio/visual/WIFI connectivity, fireplace operation and adjust the property’s heating to ensure that the guest enjoys a warm welcome on all levels.
The Property Inspections team also oversee annual deep cleaning, carpet cleaning and restock of all inventory items in your home.
