This gorgeous townhome was completely redecorated and features thoughtful mountain decor for your next Steamboat vacation.

Park your car in the oversized one car garage (additional parking on site) and walk into the open living and dining room with large vista windows overlooking the Yampa Valley & Emerald Mountain. You'll love the open floor plan on the main level which hosts the updated kitchen, plush living room, dining area built for families and main level deck access. Get outside on one of the two decks and grill out, relax in the oversized furniture and soak in the gorgeous views of Emerald Mountain.

Ready to rest easy? Head upstairs to the King Primary Suite with an oversized ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet or take over the large King Suite with closets and ensuite bathroom. Need some space? Head downstairs and find an additional King bedroom & bunk room with shared full bathroom (there is also a crib with an organic mattress in this room.) Just outside your door, pick up the core trail walking path to the Steamboat Ski Area or walk just 50 steps over to the community pool (open for the summer), hot tubs, fitness center, putting green and group fire pit.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, King bedroom on lower level, and bunk room with Twin/Full bunk plus Twin trundle & Twin single. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Parking: There is room for one car (medium SUV or smaller) in the heated garage, one in the driveway & a limited overflow parking area. Parking passes must be used in overflow lot.

Location: This home is a 5-8 minute walk to Steamboat Resort via paved sidewalks/walking path. 3 miles from Downtown Steamboat. Within walking distance of shops & restaurants.
