Check out the in-home sauna on this level as well when you need to get your sweat on. Head upstairs to the split main level to spend some quality time with your group in the open kitchen and warm up by the fire in the modern living room. The Primary King Bedroom in on the main level and features a private deck, ensuite bathroom and large closet. Head to the third level for the other expansive King Suite. Complete privacy prevails in this Second King Suite which has all new bedding, ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, and deck with valley views. Store your gear in the entryway closets and park the car in the one car garage. It's time to relax in Steamboat at Moraine Circle 30. Additional community amenities include a heated pool (open seasonally), hot tubs, clubhouse & grills for guest use throughout the year.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite, & two Twin/Queen bunk beds in lower level bedroom. Sleeps up to 8 people.

Parking: There is room for three cars at this home. One in the garage & one in the driveway. A third car can be parked in the overflow parking area around the corner from the townhome. There is no trailer parking allowed in this community.

Location: Located in Cornerstone/Moraine Townhome complex off of Clubhouse Drive. 1/2 mile to Steamboat Resort, 4 miles from downtown Steamboat & 1/4 mile to shopping & dining. The free city bus (purple line) stops at the street corner of Moraine Circle every 20 minutes (during ski season) and takes passengers to the Gondola Transit Center.
