In August of 2025, I landed with Steamboat Lodging Company for our vacation plans. They knew that this was a once in a lifetime trip for our family of 10- my husband and along with our married kids and 4 grandchildren- Ski in ski out was our first priority- our unit at Storm Meadows was Perfect for our crew. The beds slept amazing as well! From the day of arrival, Mindi or someone checked on us to make sure that all was going as expected! Last but not least, we had concerns about not having our own transportation - no one need for a vehicle - their shuttle service was so prompt and efficient. I would recommend Steamboat Lodging for all your travel needs!

Nicely appointed, updated, very clean condo at the resort. Enjoyed being so close to trails and easy access to the pool/hot tub area too. It fit the 8 of us, 4 couples perfectly and we are all excited to come back to ski here!

Caught a great last week of skiing Steamboat! Right by all of it and easy on/off access. One of the best stocked condos we've ever stayed in! Super clean and easy to book and check in/out. We'll be back and thank you!

Great location and top quality property
We had an excellent stay at this property over the holiday. The proximity to the slopes is amazing. Step out on the back deck, put on your skis and zip down the hill straight to the slopes. And, coming back, you can practically get to the same back deck without taking off your skis (depending on how fast you're going down the slope). Inside, the property has all of the modern amenities of home, with an extremely well-stocked kitchen -- all of the dishes, pots and pans needed to create a Christmas breakfast and dinner! And there was plenty of room for our family, including three teen boys. We definitely would stay here again.

This property is in an outstanding location with easy access to the slopes. Step onto the balcony, put on your skis, point them down a small hill and you're on the slopes. Returning is just as easy. The property was clean with plenty of room for our family of 5 with three teenage boys. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots, pans and appliances needed to cook a Christmas meal, and communication with the property managers was outstanding. We would definitely return.

31 Storm Meadows Townhome
We loved our location and house was perfect size for our family ! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Owners were very helpful and communicative. I think the sliding screen doors aren't locking or maybe we couldn't figure out how to lock?? Also, a broom and dust pan would be helpful. Thank you so much!

Very nicely updated condo right at the Steamboat Resort trails. We had a great time biking and hiking and LOVED having the pool for those hot afternoons. Super clean and great communications with the hosts. We would highly recommend- hope to return!

Excellent stay
Property manager was terrific. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. Highly recommend.

Newly renovated unit was great. Easy access to hiking trails, great views. Staff was very responsive to questions and issues.

Wonderful ski in/ski out condo
We had a great week's stay in this convenient ski in/ski out condo. It was very roomy and had everything we would need. All the of appliances were new and the kitchen was very well stocked with nice cooking utensils and pans. The rooms were decorated nicely, and there were plenty of beds, bathrooms and room for our family of 6. The ski in/ski out was convenient, and someone even came and stomped out a path to the ski run after we had received a large amount of snow. We would definitely highly recommend this condo.

Our family stayed here over the holidays for 10 days and couldn't believe how awesome the location is. It's literally right on the slopes and really easy to get to off the Right of Way trail. It felt really modern and clean, while still warm and cozy during the big snowstorms. The bedding is really comfy and we loved the layout to separate us from the kids downstairs. It's an easy walk to the community pool/hot tub and we used the winter shuttle a bunch to get around town. Big shout out to Beck with Steamboat Lodging Company who helped us with a door lock issue! If you're here for ski season, stay here, it makes life so easy.

Great property on the slopes
This is a great property located on the slopes - easy access for skiing and biking. Bedroom and kitchen/living room are generous sizes with the master en suite. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Decor is up to date and modern. You will definitely need your car to get around as you are up the mountain but there are beautiful hikes right outside your door! There is no garage for extra storage of bikes etc but we used the deck at the back of the property which worked great. Would recommend this property.

Family of 4
Property was very well represented by the pictures. It worked very well for a family of 4, but could comfortably accommodate a family of 6. Very good selection of kitchen electronics, cooking and baking needs and glassware, dish ware and flat ware. We would happily rent again.
