A bit tight for 12 folks but we knew that and appreciated having an option for all of us to stay together. The bedding worked out very well for the 6 kids so that was most important to us. It was tremendously clean and cared for.  We really appreciated all the help we received prior to and during our stay from the lodging company.....super helpful!  We hope we can come here again

Great place in a great location! The staff was very communicative, helpful, and nice. It helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. Jill, especially, was very helpful!

This place was perfect for our group of 3 families with kids! Love the location walking distance to the mountain base, close to the restaurants, market, etc. Will definitely stay here again.

The Evergreen Lane property was a great fit for our family. The bunk room was just right for all the younger folks. Easy walk to the lifts. Fireplaces were very warm and cozy. Community pool/hot tub were just right and close by. Overall a very enjoyable spot to stay. We did have some internet issues but the Steamboat Lodging Co Team came by and helped out right away. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

The place was amazing! Very clean and in a great location. A few issues we had: 1. The TV!!! It never worked! We could get Netflix, but the internet was so bad that it was us just watching the spinning wheel of death. It would just spin and spin. The one and only local station that we could get was Fox. Nothing we did would change the channel. 2. No pot holders. Which made the cooking an experience. Other than those issues, we had a great time.

We had a great time in Steamboat. Our group was quite large and we all fit comfortably in Evergreen Lane. We loved the large windows in the living room for unbeatable mountain views and plenty of natural light! We forgot to get eggs and Peggy from Steamboat Lodging Company recommended a little grocery store right next door. A lifesaver!

The property is exactly as the pictures and description detail. The location is quiet and ideally located, especially during the winter. A lot of the nearby shops and restaurants were not open during our stay as they were understandably closed for the season. The communication and check-in/out process were very straightforward and easy. We would stay there again, especially during ski season!

Townhouse was in great shape and nicely decorated. Master suite was very comfortable. Property manager was really on the ball and communicated really well via text. We will definitely deal with these folks again in the future.

The house is a short walk to the base. Skiers can rent a locker for 6 dollars a day at the Sheraton which eliminates the need to walk in ski boots. They also let you store skis overnight, allowing you to walk back and forth to the house easily. The bus downtown is also near the base, which is convenient. The lodging co. was responsive and very easy to work with. We loved being able to text with them directly during they stay. We would absolutely stay again.

We couldn’t have been any better situated for skiing, comfort and perfect amenities than with this condo. We had two adult parents, and two adult children each with their significant others for a full week. We had just the right space to spend out if needed, or have comforting nights around the table or fireplace as family. The walk to the slopes or to town was so easy. And everything we sent in advance was delivered. The Aveda products and the fully stocked kitchen - with coffee for that first morning - were the best! This was just an ideal vacation and location - we want to go back again and again!

Our stay in Steamboat was excellent, with lots of credit owed to Peggy and the rest of the team. Peggy provided guidance on ski rentals, shuttle service, baby supply rentals, grocery pick up, .....you name it! Our arrival into town was earlier than check-in, and the team even met us at a restaurant to pick up our luggage and store for us until check-in. The text service once in town worked great, with excellent response from the team. A really great experience, really made our stay comfortable, organized, and well planned. Thank you!!!

This townhome has such a great location! We were able to walk right over to the ski area in minutes plus there's a great little grocery & liquor store next door. We loved the three levels so that we could spread out & put the kids in the lower bunk room. You can see the ski slopes from the living & dining room which was really nice to check the conditions. We loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing as well. Steamboat Lodging Company helped us out throughout our stay, suggesting restaurants, picking us up in the shuttle and so much more! We loved this home and can't wait to come back to Steamboat.
