Wonderful stay in Steamboat
I stayed with my family for a ski vacation. The condo is outstanding, with large bedrooms, a fully appointed kitchen and great views over a creek. It' located in the heart of downtown and 1 block away from the shuttle to the slopes which is free and takes about 10 minutes. Overall a fantastic stay.

Great location, accommodations and hosts. This condo is a half block from Main Street, shops, restaurants and the Yampa river trail. The condo is very comfortable, well appointed, comfortable beds and cozy fireplace for cold evenings. The hosts were fantastic at responding and providing support. The only downside is the garage holds one car. No street parking. If you have a second car, you will need to park 2 mi away, at the office, and have someone drive you back or walk .5 to the bus.

We had an excellent stay at Alpen Glow Row. The location is outstanding—just a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops, which made everything incredibly convenient. The property was comfortable and well-appointed, and it made for a perfect home base in Steamboat. We will definitely be back!

Summer in the Mountains
Property is just as described and a great location. Shops, restaurants, bars, & river are all within blocks. Communication was fast & easy with management co. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay
Location was ideal, everything is right outside our door including the farmers market and short walk to the rodeo. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

This town home is located right in the center of downtown activity, one block from the main street with shopping, and one block from the river with restaurants and bars. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We were there for baseball and walked to the fields each day. The house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay and the management company checked in several times to see if we needed anything,had any questions, or wanted local activity information. Check-in and check-out was super easy with a simple keypad. We were also contacted once the house was ready for an early check-in. I'd definitely recommend this house and hope to stay again soon!

Location!
This condo is beautiful and so perfectly located in downtown Steamboat. The public bus system in town is top notch, so getting on the mountain to ski each day can't be any easier. We loved being able to walk everywhere to shop and eat. 10/10 I'm saving this one in my vacation files for future visits.

Steamboat Paradise
The home was spotless and a great layout. We loved being steps away from all the wonderful restaurants and shopping and having a garage for our vehicle. Skier drop off was a breeze just a few minutes up the hill. We will be back!

This property was just right for our needs. Killer soaker tub! A garage! Terrific that there were 2 King beds and then the Queen pullout for our kid. So easy to walk right out to Lincoln and grab the express shuttle to get you right to the mountain. Super convenient and awesome place to stay and enjoy Steamboat! Thank you

Alpen Glow Row House 5 is the perfect location for downtown Steamboat as we walked everywhere! The Condo is well appointed, high end furnishings and wonderful overall layout. But the stars of the show are always the staff! We have rented from this company either in Steamboat and/or Winter Park many times and their efforts to make sure everything runs smoothly is greatly appreciated as they are always a phone call away. Excellent location, amenities and decor!
Perfectly located-- loved hearing the brook and being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Garage is a tight fit, but immaculate. Kitchen is inviting and very well- equipped. Welcome note and goodies were fun and managment was very responsive. We had no problems,, just appreciated their tome when we touched base about our arrival and departure times.

Wonderful
We stayed with young kids for spring break, and it was a seamless ski trip. We loved the free bus to the slopes. The bus stop is very close. We kept our ski gear at the lockers that come with the vacation rental. We walked to Old Town Hot Springs. We loved being close to restaurants. We walked to Howelsen Park for sledding. The condo was clean, spacious and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is fantastic! Just what you need/want when staying in downtown Steamboat. The garage is tight for a larger vehicle but we just have a smaller sedan so it was fine for us. We were warned of this and offered a back up location if needed. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and organized/proactive for our stay. Hope to come back for this summer time to enjoy being so close to the river!

Christmas Getaway
There is nothing negative about this townhouse! Great location! Great location! Great location! You can eat, shop, walk the river, tube and ski and it's all in walking distance. We used the free bus for transportation to the Resort Ski Area,City Market, Walmart, Safeway and Starbucks. So easy to use! It was anywhere between -4° to 17° during our stay with lots of snow and the house was very comfortable temperature wise. House has everything you need and then some! Beds are comfy! We almost finished a puzzle that was there. Board games and puzzles also lots of books. Steamboat lodging has a free on demand shuttle that is very convenient. Tip Michael well he does a great job! Margaret, Lucas and several others were so helpful. We are looking at the next trip to book the same house!

Can walk to everything
The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds and bedding were comfortable and we loved the autumn leaves framing the main window. I never moved my car out of the garage as we walked to every restaurant, shopping and there is a great trail behind the unit. There are lots of stairs so people unable to use stairs easily might have a hard time.

After our long outdoor days we appreciated the condo location. It was steps fro eating or Shopping. The beds, linens, and furnishings were very comfortable. The property management gals couldn’t be more helpful. Loved our week!!

Mountain hiking trip to Steamboat Springs.
After long hiking days out of town we wanted a convenient condo in town so we could walk to eat & shop. It was a great location that had large windows with trees to view. The property managers were on the spot to help us with anything. Comfortable inside whether it was the bedding to the appliances. Our long suv didn’t fit in the garage, but parking was easy steps away. We were very happy with everything!!

I chose downtown lodging this time in Steamboat for my husband and our two teen boys. It was the absolute perfect location - very short walking distance to all the restaurants and stores - plus the beautiful river , along with the trail was just right behind us. All so convenient! As far as the ski mom- It was very convenient to hop on the free city bus (during winter months). For off season/ I’d highly recommend renting a car. The lodge was clean, equipped with all we need , and overall , wonderful. I would NOT RECOMMEND if you do not like walking a lot of stairs. The master bedroom is on 3rd floor and the washing machine is in the basement, along with the other bedroom. This did not bother me whatsoever, but someone who can’t walk stairs a lot may have trouble. There was ample enough space for us four - could have easily accommodated two more (I’d say children ). I’d stay here again!! Oh, and the lodging company was super helpful and kind!!

Perfect
What a great place to stay while visiting Steamboat Springs! This condo was so convenient to literally everything! The (free) bus stop is less than a block away and you can catch an express bus straight to the mountain. Loved this condo so much! Can’t wait to book another visit there soon!!

Great property in town!
We loved our stay and the proximity to restaurants in town. We had plenty of space as well. The bus stop is only one block away and gets you to the mountain in about 10 minutes which was amazing!

We stayed here with another couple during the snowiest January that I've ever seen. The layout allowed for us to have time away- love the lower level with it's separate outdoor seating area and "living room." Alpen Glow is a newer building, and the location couldn't be better- we were close to the Yampa River walking trail, and also close to a bunch of great bars and restaurants. Having a garage was awesome- didn't have to worry about finding parking downtown, or shovel snow off of the car. We have stayed at the ski area during past trips, but I'm a convert to downtown- much more to do apres ski, and didn't feel like we were packed in. The unit has everything that we could need- the beds were super comfortable, and I love that this company uses launderable duvets- small detail but it just feels cleaner, if that makes sense? We loved it.

Perfect Ski Getaway
The townhouse was simply amazing and exceeded my expectations. It was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and super comfy. The layout was perfect for our needs with the main living on the mid-level and bedrooms on the upper and lower levels. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and pans. Though we mostly used it for making a light breakfast before skiing, we also cooked dinner a couple of nights. The downtown location is also perfect--only steps away from the free shuttle to the ski resort and shops/restaurants. The Corner Slice has the best pizza. Another unexpected bonus: the private ski locker at the resort. What a lifesaver not having to lug all our ski gear back and forth. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our extended weekend getaway at the Alpen Glow Row House 5. Parking the car in the attached garage and walking to restaurants and shops was the best. And we had a secure place to store our bikes which we appreciate. The home is spacious and comfortable and the stream/trees to the south makes it feel like you aren't in the middle of a vibrant mountain town. We will definitely stay at the Alpen Glow Row house in future visits to Steamboat!

Excellent Location!
My wife and I and another couple spent an extended weekend in Steamboat and the accommodations were excellent. We desired to be close to dining and shopping and could not have picked a better location. We had plenty of space and the townhome was well kept and cozy!

Exceptional Service
Property was first class. You immediately can tell when you walk in this isn't someone just renting out their place. Very professionally managed, similar to staying in a hotel. We had a few hiccups with the property (no fault of the property manager) and they were fantastic in addressing. Joanne is world class. She texted almost immediately and was fantastic in helping us through our issues. It is in town and can get a bit noisy, but not horrible. Being in town is an awesome experience. Can walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at many weekly or monthly rental units over the years, as we travel around the country and the world. We have never been as impressed as we were at our one week stay in Steamboat Springs through the Steamboat Lodging Company. Most places we stay provide nothing more than one roll of toilet paper, and then you are on your own. Not only was a one week supply provided, we were also provided with paper towels, Kleenex, spices, a fully equipped kitchen, plastic storage bags, and much more. The light switches were labeled, so we didn’t have to spend several days learning which switch turned on which light. A problem with the main level TV was promptly dealt with by the maintenance man. He also realized that the coffee pot (a combination unit of pods and a drip coffeemaker) was only functioning on the pod side of the pot. He called to have it replaced. In ten minutes a new coffee pot was dropped off to us! Wow, what service! We were even granted an extended checkout when we explained that our flight home was some hours after the regular checkout time. I could certainly go on much longer and discuss the perfect cleanliness of the unit, the communication with Steamboat Lodging staff and much more, but it is sufficient to say that from now on, every short term rental unit we stay at will have a big job to try to equal the wonderful experience we had through Steamboat Lodging.

Our small family stayed at Alpen Glow Row House 5 this spring and loved it. Town was so quiet and we were able to get into all the restaurants we wanted to with no wait! The townhouse is immaculate and centrally located to everything. The private garage is a real plus! Everything was meticulously thought out from the Aveda shampoo to the welcome gifts with local products. The bedding seemed brand new and really comfy. Kitchen seems great to cook in, although we went out every night. We were able to remote check-in and text with Steamboat Lodging Company as things came up. Can't say enough about their communication before, throughout, and after, top notch! Our local tip is to grab a table on the river at Taco Cabo on Yampa St. and watch the kayakers go by. We loved that!

This townhome was a cozy unit with a great location and right on the bus line! We went to Strawberry Hot Springs & Fish Creek Falls while we were here - and both were absolutely gorgeous in springtime. The kitchen was nice, even though we didn't cook at all, it was well equipped with everything you would need. We just walked to E3 Chophouse and Carl's Tavern for dinner. A super easy walk, less than a block away. We had a small hiccup upon arrival, but Peggy responded in a timely manner and made everything right with us immediately! Definitely appreciated the professionalism in which they handled the situation.
