Terrific back patio area and covered hot tub and all adult bedding in each bedroom which was needed for our group. Steamboat Lodging Co folks were so helpful and easy to contact. We loved this stay.....top 3 in all our trips and can't wait to come back and rent the other side too!

By Riley, Posted: 01/20/2025This is a fantastic property. Was perfect for our group of 10 (6a; 4 older kids). Lots of spreading out areas and huge kitchen for all dining. The on-call shuttle was fantastic for getting us to the resort for skiing or into town for those that weren't skiing. We LOVED this spot. We'll be back and passing the word around.

Our stay was awesome! House accommodated myself and coworkers with plenty of space. The free shuttle during ski season came in clutch for transporting everyone around through the musical festival.

Beautiful, spacious house. Excellent outdoor areas. Service was also excellent. Note, there are a fair amount of stairs, but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay there again.
By Elle, Posted: 09/13/2024We really loved our getaway at Apres Lodge South! Every inch of the home was perfectly clean and the space was so welcoming. Each room was quiet and serene, and the AC units were a bonus too! The large dining table was perfect for our group to sit around to eat, laugh, and connect, it was the perfect spot to unplug and enjoy the beauty that is Steamboat Springs in September! The house is also in a very convenient location - just up the hill from downtown, and close to the Knoll lot for easy parking and base access, yet in a quiet neighborhood; just what you want for a vacation. And, on top of it all, everyone on the Steamboat Lodging Company staff was extremely kind and easy to work with, we will definitely be booking with them again!

Everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed the terrific space and flow of the home. Check in directions were very simple and communication with Steamboat Lodging Co was excellent. This was a great ski rental for our group. The welcome pack of treats was appreciated. The house was clean, nice linens. Hot tub was very clean, hot tub towels were small & worn so you might want to bring a robe. The shuttle service was A+. So easy to get around with the app that works just like Uber. We never waited longer than 10 minutes for it. Thank you Steamboat Lodging for a great vacation!

Property was great. You can walk to the village in about 12 minutes. However, you don’t have to. They have an incredible free shuttle service that will be there in 5 minutes and will take you almost anywhere. Great recommendation sheet for activities with discounts

Sparkling clean hot tub, nice sized rooms, very clean/kept up and fantastic "adult" bunk room so nobody left having to barely fit on a bunk bed! All 8 of us were very comfortable. Ski trip with 8 adults, 2-4y/o, 1-1y/o. Plenty of room for everyone to gather, and space to get away from each other. Shuttle was super convenient, drivers were awesome! Location was convenient for everything; gondola transit area, grocery, restaurants, and downtown Main Street. Property is well maintained.

By Mckenna, Posted: 11/27/2020This was the perfect home for our November vacation. We booked it last minute when we wanted to get up to the mountains and out of the city and are really glad we did. Steamboat Lodging Company make sure we were taken care of from start to finish and even brought extra towels over when we needed them. We had plenty of room to spread out in the four bedrooms and the open living room & kitchen was perfect for family dinners. The showcase piece of this home is the back deck that has a private hot tub with a pergola covering and a large outdoor table. It was relatively warm while we were in Steamboat, so we spent a ton of time out here. You can even see the Resort from the deck, although it was closed during our visit. We walked a bunch, down to the little grocery store for coffee (Wild Plum) and to a great burger place for dinner (Apres Burger). For a quick vacation, this was just what we needed to escape!

We didn't have any kids this time and the layout was perfect for our group especially the four bedrooms. We loved the new modern furniture in the living room and were able to watch the Broncos on the big screen TV! The weather was warm while we were here so we got to hang out on the back deck and really enjoy the private hot tub. The space in the back is amazing! If you're here in the winter, you're really close to the ski area and the bus stop to take you there is right down the street. Finally, the sunsets from the front desk are cotton candy colored and totally insta-worthy!
