Walk into Cascades at Eagle Ridge Stuart 3 and instantly feel the mountain charm. With fun decor accents and plush furniture, you're instantly wrapped in mountain style and ready to relax. The main level boasts an open kitchen/dining room/living room layout so everyone in your group can chat and enjoy each other's company while relaxing. The large dining area incorporates the bar-top dining, making it an open concept. When you need some fresh air, head out to the main level deck and whip up dinner on the grill. Also on the main level, find the King Primary Suite with a private deck, full ensuite bathroom, and flat screen TV. Head upstairs and you'll find two additional oversized King bedrooms that offer tons of privacy and share a full bathroom. Downstairs is the place the kids will love! The open bunk room has a set of Full/Full bunk beds along with a Twin daybed with Twin Trundle. The best part of this room? The games, books and foosball table that is begging to be played! By Finn, Posted: 03/22/2024Such a terrific spot to enjoy Steamboat! All 12 of us fit in here just right and not too cramped. Comfortable and very clean! Kids had their own space to retreat to and adults could enjoy upstairs. It was perfect. Quite close to the mountain though we chose to enjoy the free shuttle which was fantastic! Huge garage was a plus as well. Enjoyed working with the hosts....really fun group! We'll all be back and thank you folks.

Sometimes harder to find a place with 4 king beds and so we were sold immediately! The SBLodging folks were very nice and helpful and we all decided we'll be back for skiing!

The service from Steamboat Lodging Co, once again, pins the needle on excellent! The entire team is friendly and responsive. A great advantage for our group is the shuttle service, and all the drivers are pleasant and accommodating. It was our third year working with Steamboat Lodging Co, and our second year in this home. We're already talking about returning next year!

It was very spacious, with plenty of board games and interconnected technology for everyone to have a blast. The shuttle system is outstanding with complementary drop off and pickup at the base of the mountain within 6 minutes.

By Stacie, Posted: 01/01/2023We love our time in Steamboat and have always had a great experience with Steamboat Lodging Company and will continue to utilize them for our rentals in the future. This property accommodated our group size nicely and was a great location for getting to and from the mountain and downtown. The lower level was perfect for our teenagers. Bedrooms were all nice and beds were very comfy. The large dining table was nice for meals and the open floor plan to the living room was a plus for our large group. A few minor suggestions that may make future guest stays even better: The rug situation in the living room was a bit awkward as the rug pad was exposed. maybe this was a transition situation but just gave a bad appearance. The cleaning supplies used on the wood floors left a very sticky residue, especially downstairs. Your feet stuck to the floor. We could not find any hot pads, which made cooking a little challenging when using the oven The kitchen faucet was leaking during our stay and while the lodging company was quick to fix, the fix left very low water pressure which made it difficult to wash dishes.

Our accommodations were fantastic, thanks to Peggy who knew exactly what we were looking for. It was a good location (close to a playground) and easy to access paved bike/walking trails (right behind the house). The property managers were extremely helpful throughout the rental process. We will definitely continue to use their service the next time we visit Steamboat Springs.

Peggy and Nolan were phenomenal to work with, answered every questions and need with prompt service. Would definitely stay at this condo again. By Kevin, Posted: 07/06/2020Stuart 3 was the ideal layout and location for our two families. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably after the days activities. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining area accommodated everyone for meals. The large garage was ideal for all of our bikes and floating equipment. Finally, the location was perfect. We prefer the mountain area with walking/biking access to everything Steamboat has to offer. We'll definitely book this property again in the future.

By Jack, Posted: 06/24/2020We had a great stay at Cascades at EagleRidge Stuart 3 this past weekend. The location was wonderful, right on the mountain with walking and bike paths out our door. We could easily walk up to the Wild Plum (small grocery store) to grab coffee or a snack and then walk to the mountain. We grilled out one night and loved the deck space. Plus the three levels allowed everyone their own privacy. We had family dinner at the big table and enjoyed every minute. Added bonus, the foosball table in the kids cave! Steamboat Lodging Company went all out in welcoming us with some tasty treats and notes about town to help with our stay. We hope we can come back this winter!
