Walk into Cascades at Eagle Ridge Stuart 3 and instantly feel the mountain charm. With fun decor accents and plush furniture, you're instantly wrapped in mountain style and ready to relax. The main level boasts a newly renovated open kitchen/dining room layout so everyone in your group can chat and enjoy each other's company while relaxing. The kitchen has new appliances and plenty of room for the chef in your group to whip up dinner. The large dining area is the perfect place to host a family dinner or host a fun game night. When you need some fresh air, head out to the main level deck and take in the mountain views. Also on the main level, find the King Primary Suite with a private deck, full ensuite bathroom, and flat screen TV.

Head upstairs and you'll find two additional oversized King bedrooms that offer tons of privacy and share a full bathroom. Downstairs is the place the kids will love! The open bunk room has a set of Full/Full bunk beds along with a Twin daybed with Twin Trundle. The best part of this room? The games, books and foosball table that is begging to be played! Additionally, there's another King bedroom on the lower level that has a shared full bathroom.

Walk out of this perfect townhome right onto the bike path that weaves and winds it's way through Steamboat and up to the Resort where there are lots of restaurants & shopping options. You're also just steps from two community hot tubs that are perfect after a long day on the slopes.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on main level, two King bedrooms on upper level, King bedroom on the lower level, and Full/Full bunk bed with Twin bed and Twin trundle in the lower level lounge. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

Great property

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years. This property was great! There were 11 of us ranging in age from 74 - 18 months. We could not have picked a better property. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in and we cooked all our meals there. Beds were comfortable, good linens, and thoughtful little touches. We would highly recommend this property.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome. This house can sleep a lot of people with 4 king bedrooms and a full bunk bed with additional twin and trundle. The layout worked great for us and the location is walkable to the base, about 7 minutes. We would definitely rent this home again.

Great house, lots of beds!

We stayed here during the summer which worked because we didn’t have to walk to the slopes. The road behind the house was loud at times but in the winter you wouldn’t have the doors open. The kids loved the game room!

Great trip, great lodging

The rental was very clean and close to the mountain, the steamboat staff were very available, friendly and helpful at all hours which was especially important as out of towners with children, the place was as depicted (though hard to keep it cool at night with the heat) and was overall amazing. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great Summer Escape

This was the perfect spot for a multigenerational vacation. There were three king beds to accommodate some very tall (6 foot 4 and up) men in the family and great bunkbeds for the kids. The a/c was a big hit this summer. We loved the abundance of storage and quality of appliances. We had a wonderful stay!!

Great location, great property

First of all, the management company is topnotch and was very helpful. This property was well-stocked, clean and in a great location with trails close for walking. The fact that it has air conditioning was a huge plus since it was unseasonably warm while we were visiting. Overall, it was a great stay!

Wonderful Place!

We had a great time and we loved the convenience of everything. The free shuttles were a huge plus. There had a pack n play crib, baby gates and high chair which was great for my 18 month old. The only suggestion would be to get rid of all the pans and get new ones, they are scratched and probably not safe for cooking.

Amazing place to get the most out of Steamboat

The host/management was super responsive whenever we had questions. The place was very nice in a great neighborhood. The shuttle service was the game changer, that made this trip much easier from a planning perspective. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

We had a great time at Cascades at EagleRidge Stuart 3, enough room for our 3 families with 11 people (6 kids) total to spread out and have a wonderful time. We used the shuttle service which was super helpful and the staff was always checking in to make sure we were ok. Most drivers were fantastic however one seemed a bit confused and didn't know where places were which seemed a bit odd...even so, 5 stars overall, would definitely recommend.

Adored this spot! It fit everyone perfectly. Parents, Grandparents, 2 sets of older, married kids and the 20 somethings! All 10 of us felt like there was enough space and there were no bed wars. We could have used another bathroom but we all were raised with shared baths so it worked for our needs. The shuttle service was spectacular and the drivers were excellent and so helpful. All us agreed we loved how we felt taken care of looked out for with this company. Thanks you and we hope to be back to Steamboat!

Wonderful time

We had a fantastic stay here! 4 single adults and 2 teens so it was perfect bedding-wise. It was also great that the boys had their own lounge area and adults could stay upstairs. We fly-fished and enjoyed the late summer offerings of the area. It was a tremendous time to visit the area! Hosts were excellent and very easy to contact when we needed more dishcloths. We'll be back!

It was most important that we had 4 king beds so this worked really well. There was bathroom sharing but everyone was prepared for that. This was a group of 6 adult males so we enjoyed the space and all having enough/comfortable bedding. The shuttle to get us wherever we needed to go was amazing! These hosts were excellent and made sure we all had everything we needed prior to and during our stay. Was a fantastic trip....all agreed!

Such a terrific spot to enjoy Steamboat! All 12 of us fit in here just right and not too cramped. Comfortable and very clean! Kids had their own space to retreat to and adults could enjoy upstairs. It was perfect. Quite close to the mountain though we chose to enjoy the free shuttle which was fantastic! Huge garage was a plus as well. Enjoyed working with the hosts....really fun group! We'll all be back and thank you folks.

This was a lovely property with loads of room and sleeping options to keep everyone comfortable and together. Sometimes harder to find a place with 4 king beds and so we were sold immediately! The SBLodging folks were very nice and helpful and we all decided we'll be back for skiing!
