Welcome home to Cascades at EagleRidge Stuart 4, a beautifully updated four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome that comfortably sleeps ten guests. Located near the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, this spacious retreat features central air conditioning, an oversized private deck, two living areas, and a heated two-car garage.
The main level offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The modern kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing meals, while the large deck is perfect for dining outside or relaxing among the trees. Also on this level is the Primary King Suite with an ensuite bathroom and deck access, along with a second guest bedroom and full bathroom.
Downstairs, guests can spread out in a comfortable media room with a wet bar. Two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an in-home washer and dryer complete the lower level. Sleeping arrangements include two King beds and three Queen beds.
A nearby paved trail leads to Gondola Square, restaurants, shopping, and year-round activities at the Steamboat Resort. Guests also enjoy access to two community hot tubs and complimentary winter shuttle service.
