Really enjoyed this property! Well appointed and homey and super clean. Stocked with all we needed for a very comfortable stay. The private shuttle was a lifesaver and so easy to use. We would rent again and will certainly recommend.

We so enjoyed our stay at Emerald View. There were 4 adults, two grandsons 12 and 20. It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and completely stocked with all the essentials and then some. One of the best features was a large deck FACING EAST. No need for shades or other items to block bright sunshine at happy hour. Oh yes—great staff. They promised to let us know if the unit would be ready before the official check in time. How about that? Hope we can enjoy Emerald View again.

It was lovely in all respects: spotless, cool. Quiet, lovely. We generally treat our son and his wife/children regularly, and this suited all of us very, very nicely. We left a thank you gratuity to your staff. It was a 10 out of 5!

Fantastic Property & Shuttle Service
Property is just as described. Kitchen is better stocked than most VRBOs we have stayed in. Everything was super clean. The winter shuttle service was top notch and a lifesaver for those skiing. Last but not least, property management was all over communication and simply checking in to make sure everything was going well.

This home was both beautiful and comfortable. The bedding and nice linens were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, and really everything was high quality. The shuttle service was amazingly easy to use and came right to the front of the home. We would definitely recommend this home for skiers visiting Steamboat.

Very charming townhome. A great find for us. Enjoyed working with the lodging company in all aspects....their shuttles were tremendous/super convenient too! We were worried about not having a vehicle so rented but never needed ours/used it. Amazing pinball machine got us all in a fun contest. This place and company are it! See you next visit guys!

Perfect condo
This condo is in a great location. The shuttle service makes it very easy to get back and forth from the mountain. Very spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms. Convenient having washer dryer. Ski storage in the garage. Beautiful views from all bedrooms. Ski slope views from the living and dining area. Lots of kitchen equipment. Plenty of plates and glasses. Lovely entry for taking off shoes and hanging coats. I would highly recommend.

Emerald View
Great Place. Steamboat Lodging Co. was so easy to communicate with and they were very helpful. My only wish is that is was a little closer to the slopes.

The unit looked almost brand new when we walked in. Beds and towels perfectly clean. Each room was well appointed and well kept. Great living space in a beautiful location. Parking didn't disappoint as we even with 3 separate cars. If I need a place in Steamboat again, this will be the first place I go to. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Accommodations!!
We were in town for a wedding and this property exceeded our expectations. The condo was very nicely furnished and stocked nicely. There wasn't a single thing in the kitchen or bathrooms that were not available to us. I especially liked the master bath and closet. So roomy!! The host was accessible for any questions and they had quick response rates.

Fantastic Place
Checked all the boxes for my family on our ski trip. Great layout of the condo and very well kept. As a first timer to Steamboat was worried about location not walkable to resort but this turned out not to be a problem at all with shuttle and parking options, and was actually super convinient being close to other shopping and downtown.

The townhouse was like new, with plenty of kitchen equipment, comfy living area, and great big table for our crew of 8. We took full advantage of the shuttle, a great service since it was snowing most of the week.

I live in Steamboat and had family from all over coming to spend Thanksgiving here. I searched for somewhere for them all to stay and for us to have our Thanksgiving at. I found this Emerald View home and it checked all the boxes in my search... but when arrived it checked so much more and was the PERFECT place for my family. It was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kids and adults alike had space to relax, be together and separate. The kitchen had everything we needed for a large Thanksgiving meal to be prepared and eaten. We all agreed this was our new and forever home that we would be back again and again!

We stayed here in September just as the leaves were starting to change. Amazing views of the ski area from the living room- we enjoyed the alpenglow from the spacious front deck. The entire townhome is well thought out and extremely well appointed- right down to the full sized pinball machine in the recreation room! Plenty of room for the whole group to each have a floor, and a garage to boot! Highly recommended for a larger family that likes to be able to have their own space apres ski!

Gorgeously appointed and close to EVERYTHING!
Quick 3 day weekend to Steamboat, with sons and grandparents. First time the grandparents travelled since COVID, and they were so happy about how wonderful the condo was. So beautifully decorated, had everything you could possibly need (and we did) for big dinners in! Kitchen is gorgeous! Three bedroom areas were all on seperate floors which allowed for privacy for all. The game room up top was so much fun for the teens, and the dining area and big seating area on the balcony gave everyone some where to go, with wonderful surroundings!! I highly recommend this listing and will def be back! LOVED IT!!!!

The condo was extremely clean and well stocked for an enjoyable stay. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and we very impressed with the quality of cookware provided.

This townhome feels like it's brand new and the design is to die for. Lots of attention to detail throughout and both of the King Masters feel like a high-end hotel. The kids loved the upstairs game room with the pinball machine and the TV's are huge so it's great for a movie night. Emerald View fit our group of 7 perfectly and the fact that it had a desk to get a little remote work done was awesome. The location is great, right between downtown and the resort and we could ride our bikes straight down to the bike path and head either direction. There's tons of room to spread out and hold our summer gear. We also grilled out on the deck and loved the mountain views. Finally, the communication with Steamboat Lodging Company was amazing, especially the chat feature for easy questions. We can't wait to come back this winter!
