Fantastic property close to everything! Four couples, one grandchild, and one black lab had tons of room inside and out! The four en-suite bedrooms are perfect for a big group, the game room is a ton of fun, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything any cook could need. Outside, the hot tub, fenced yard and porch were a blast, we spent a lot of time outdoors during our spring skiing trip. Steamboat Lodging’s shuttle service was the best experience ever! The app brought a friendly driver to you and you to your destination in minutes. Super convenient! Thanks for an awesome week in Steamboat!

A terrific stay in a marvelous property. Really fresh and fun! Felt very much like a stand alone home though it's technically a duplex. Fenced in yard for our dog and amazing patio space to enjoy the above avg. temps this season! Every room has an ensuite so nobody had to share bathroom space so that made for a very happy group! Lots of great games and the game room was well used. We can't wait to come back to stay!

Great visit, will return
Great place, when there was an issue with remotes, they came right out and fixed. The fire-pit on balcony never fired up on the mornings I wanted to drink my coffee, but did on evenings. Weird, they may want to address the fire-pit so that it fires up without having to make several attempts. Very spacious accommodations, great jacuzzi, nice quiet place and very clean.

We stayed at Fish Creek Ridge through Steamboat Lodging Company from Thursday to Sunday in September 2025 for a special family weekend to celebrate our son's engagement. The townhome was perfect for our needs, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for hosting a surprise gathering with out-of-town guests. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, and the layout made it easy to relax or connect as a group. One of the best parts? We got to bring our dog, which made the trip even more special for our family. The home had ample parking, which was a big plus with our group. While the walk to town was a bit longer than we expected, it was a quick and easy drive, just minutes away from everything. If you're planning a trip with a larger group and want a welcoming, roomy place to stay, this is it. We'd absolutely recommend Fish Creek Ridge and Steamboat Lodging Company to anyone visiting the area.

This home was amazing! Tons of room for all, amazing kitchen and super clean hot tub. Linens were really great quality and bedding very comfortable. We all loved the shuttle to get us whenever we needed and are already planning our return trip!

Great house! less than a mile from downtown, this house was perfect. Very clean new house, with a kitchen that has everything you need. The back porch was the perfect place to watch the sunset. We will definitely be back!

gorgeous family get away
We took our family of 5 as well as my mother, father, brother and nephew. The house was perfect for all of us. The hot tub and back porch afforded a great place to gather for small talk in the evenings. The patio grill and fire pit were wonderful for smores before bedtime. The home is located a 1/2 mile from downtown. You can walk; we opted to drive due to the age of my parents. Make sure to get to the Alpine Slide early as the wait can exceed an hour. Do Zipline Steamboat, it's only a 10-15 drive from the home. Do not raft the Colorado. There are no rapids and it's a gentle 2 hr drive there or an aggressive 90 minute drive. Either way it's just not worth the commute. Consider Del's for horseback riding and Steamboat Outpost for UTVs.

Epic Stay in Steamboat!
Honestly, this was one of the best properties that I have ever stayed at! The townhouse was immaculate and was outfitted with anything and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was awesome after long days on the mountain and the private shuttle service made getting to the mountain or downtown super convenient. Check in and check out were also very easy. 10/10 would recommend!!!

5 adults and 3 kids stayed for 5 nights. There was so much room. For the non-skiers , they appreciated the location to drop the skiers at the mountain and the proximity to downtown! The kids enjoyed the foosball and the ski ball. The backyard was great for the dog. And everyone enjoyed the hot tub ! Great place!

This was our SECOND time staying at Fish Creek Ridge. This house does not disappoint and has everything a family needs (we had 6 adults and 1 child). The house is well stocked with essentials and extras(cookware, paper products, laundry detergent,spices, towels for hot tub, etc...) The shuttle service made trips to the slopes easy and the drivers are kind and full of helpful information. The staff at Steamboat Lodging Company were accommodating and quick to respond to emails and questions. Looking forward to next year!

Excellent home for family vacation

Great family vacation
The property was extremely well stocked (kitchen appliances and utensils, extra propane tanks, etc). Very nice decor thru out the house. The porch was very nice for an evening fire and cold beverage. The property management was great to work with. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Fish Creek Ridge. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing weekend away in Steamboat Springs. We could easily walk to the downtown area using a nearby trail. We look forward to coming back again!

This was the cleanest condo we have stayed at in Colorado in 6 years. Really appreciated all the extras upon arrival. Dog treats, bottle of wine, bars for the trail, etc…. The bed was super comfy, sheets were soft, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Easy access to downtown and mtn bike trails. Thanks for the hospitality.

Fish creek ridge was amazing! The house was well stocked, very comfortable, extremely organized, and lovely. We loved the large windows, deck, backyard, amazing views, sunsets, and overall house layout. Having easy accessibility to multiple hiking and biking trails in addition to the downtown were another asset of this great property. Appreciated all the fans for the hot afternoons. Additional shout out to Steamboat Lodging Company for prompt responses always (Sandie) and quick action on requests, ie: new coffee pot. Thank you for a terrific two weeks!! Simply, the best! House was so fun: beautiful with a relaxing hot tub, football, skeeball, games, puzzles, comfy beds and well appointed kitchen. And beautiful views especially at sunset! Steamboat Lodging Company (SBLCO) is fantastic as very responsive. Shuttle was so convenient and drivers superb.

Great Mountain Getaway
This house is cute, and very well-equipped. Would be comfortable for large groups. The fenced yard is great for dogs, and we made use of the dog crate as well. It’s a nice location off of Fish Creek, would be great for summer, too! We will return if available.

This house was great for our first ski trip of the winter in Steamboat. There's a TON of room and it's really modern and nice from top to bottom. The views of downtown are amazing and we enjoyed the deck/fire pit a lot even with the snowy weather. There's a private hot tub in the back that was great to soak the sore muscles in and a nice fenced in yard if you bring your dog (we didn't). Beds are new with super soft bedding and most importantly, felt really clean. This home is just above downtown and we used the winter shuttle service quite a bit to get to the ski area. That's such a bonus of staying with Steamboat Lodging Company. Great house overall!

This was the perfect place for our family to gather after 3 years apart (due to covid concerns). This was the most personal rental we have ever experienced. I especially appreciated the birthday gift bag. Everything was spotless and 13 of us could spread out. We will definitely use your services again.

Great spring getaway!
Property was terrific. Property manager had a very personal touch. Making sure things were buttoned up both before and after our stay. Great mountain views, the unit was well appointed for cooking and the accommodations made you feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we made the reservation, the level of service exceeded our expectations. I received calls, texts, or emails with ideas for activities, check-in procedures, arrival, check-in during stay, and a check-in after departure. The Fish Creek Ridge home was beautiful, had every amenity we could possible need, the kitchen is a cooks' dream and the home is in a great location. The layout would be perfect for an extended family vacation with space upstairs for the kids/grandkids and a bedroom on the main floor for the grandparents. Steamboat Lodging is a fantastic management company who is attentive to any questions or needs that might arise. The treats for us and our pup made us feel so welcome. Lovely home with a top notch management company. Highly recommend!

Perfect Steamboat getaway
The house is top notch - clean, modern, well-stocked, and has lots of thoughtful touches to make your stay enjoyable. Our group stayed during ski season and it was easy to shuttle to-from the mountain or a short drive to park if you prefer. There is plenty of space to hang out both indoors and out. Definitely would recommend!

The Fish Creek Ridge property was nothing short of stunning! Pictures simply did not do justice to the size and beauty of this home. The main floor living area and kitchen were absolutely gorgeous, with high-end finishes throughout, an incredibly well-appointed kitchen, beautiful mountain views, and a very cozy living area - complete with high end fireplace, bar, and premium sound system. Aside from 1 minor and isolated 'issue' that was noted to the management company, the property was also immaculately cleaned. The (new) hot tub (just a few steps from the back door) was a great highlight as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!

This location is impeccable. It is stylish, has a very well stocked kitchen and clean as can be, with lots of room for the visitors to spread out. And the foosball table provided lots of fun in the evening. We highly recommend this home.

Spectacular, well thought out and designed home. The home is much nicer in person than in the photos. Lovely outdoor area, private second living area, and the absolute best equipped kitchen I have ever used! We will definitely be back!

Fish Creek Ridge townhome is amazing. The home looked great in the photo's but they don't even do it justice. It was even nicer and more spacious in person. The layout and construction quality give you the privacy of a single family home even though it is a duplex. All the furnishings, fixtures, appliances, etc are top end quality. The views are unbeatable, we would rent this property again and again. Steamboat Lodging Company is hands down the best property management company that we have ever rented from. Their attention to detail, willingness to help with anything, response time and professionalism is second to none.

ONLY SUGGESTION .... BUNK BEDS REQUIRE TIGHTENING AS THEY FELT UNSTABLE/WOBBLY SO KIDS DID NOT SLEEP ON THEM. THIS WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING AS THE KIDS LOVE BUNK BEDS. KIDS SLEPT IN ONE OF THE OTHER BEDROOMS SO ALL WAS WELL. WONDERFUL PROPERTY WOULD LOVE TO RETURN AGAIN IF AVAILABLE! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! BEST STACEY

This house had everything you need to make your trip to Steamboat. The place was beautifully decorated. Our two families had enough room and everything we needed! The kids loved the foosball table and we all had some good hot tub time. I can't wait to go back!

We were most favorably impressed with the Fish Creek Ridge property and the service provided by Steamboat Lodging Company. The house was beautiful and comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The furnishings, décor, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances and utensils were all first rate and the entire house was spotlessly clean. Working with Steamboat Lodging on our reservation was effortless and they were accommodating and very attentive to any requests. Upon arrival we noted the lack of a blender and felt we could use a couple of fans and they were delivered within 90 minutes of our request. We would highly recommend Fish Creek Ridge and Steamboat Lodging Company.

The house was beautiful! Lots of room and updated beautifully. The deck is so comfortable, with the firepit and the spectacular view! Steamboat Lodging was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I will book with them again! And I do love not paying those airBnB and VRBO fees!

We enjoyed a six night stay recently this summer. We had six adults and three children. There was more than enough space. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. There were many family friendly games In the upstairs living space. The kitchen was well appointed. We loved the mud room off the garage on the bottom level. We would definitely come back. The management company is very responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay. When we needed something they responded very promptly. Overall a great rental!!

We loved our February stay at Fish Creek Ridge. This house is so nice and feels brand new. They didn't spare any expense here and we loved that. The kitchen is so dreamy that we stayed in and cooked more that we thought we would. The two living rooms made it easy for the kids to do their thing while the adults caught up. The hot tub is private, behind the house, and there's a small yard (although it was pretty snowy during our trip). There's TONS of room for gear storage and cars in the garage. We use the Steamboat Lodging Company shuttle quite a bit and it's only a short ride downtown and about 5 minutes to the ski area. Also, the views from the deck are lovely and the sunsets don't disappoint. We came in late at night and it was really nice to check in via smart lock and not have to go through a front desk. Nolan at Steamboat Lodging Company also helped us get lift tickets and rental gear at a discounted rate which was so awesome. Come to Steamboat, stay here, you'll love it.

From top to bottom, this house is stunning! Brand new and it overlooks downtown Steamboat with incredible views from the deck. We had two families staying here and there is so much stuff to keep the kids entertained - video games, books, board games, baby toys, hot tub - they loved every minute of it. And we were able to bring our dog Jack which was awesome! We had a small issue with the thermostat (it's too smart for us!) but Steamboat Lodging Company came over and gave us a great run through on how to use it. Definitely stay here when you're in Steamboat!
