By Renee, Posted: 07/15/2025I put together a last minute trip for our family to relax and enjoy Steamboat! I researched many locations to stay for our multi-generational family. This place was amazing!! We could all gather in the spacious open living/dining space and could visit while making our meals in a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfy and quiet. We also enjoyed cooling off in the pool and playing with our granddaughter. Steamboat Lodging was also a winner because they were very responsive and accommodating. They were able to get us in the unit a bit earlier so our granddaughter could take a nap after a long car ride to Steamboat. There was a pack and play, high chair and fun things for kids to play with too. I would highly recommend this unit and dealing with Steamboat Lodging was a great customer service experience. Hope to get back this fall.

Single floor living helped all of us retirees also. Very homey and lovingly cared for property. Nice hut tub to use as well. Many thanks for the SBLC team for finding this excellent spot and salvaging our trip!

Our little ones loved playing with the blocks and games located in the condo.The kitchen had everything we needed. Special shout out to Andy for fixing the sound bar in such a timely manner.

They were also able to get me a small discount on the rental cost from the owner of the property. And, they let me know that we left a sound device at the property and would not let me pay to have them send it to me. That has NEVER happened before. Hotels and renters always want to charge for this service.

We had a great time playing pickleball & tennis at the Tennis Center. Also went hiking, swimming & tubing. We saw two little black bears with their mom and a moose with her baby, right by the condo! By Chris, Posted: 01/07/2024Fantastic place to stay. Clean and accommodating! House was fully loaded with nice pans, sharp knives, a rice cooker and slow cooker. We cooked at home every night to save money. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Parking is hard with 2 cars but not bad. Thanks again!

By Kris, Posted: 09/08/2023The penthouse was beautiful and very well equipped for a wonderful family weekend. The pool and hot tub were well taken care of and so much fun. My only suggestions would be to get sheets for the pack n play and wash cloths for the kitchen since we were traveling with little ones. There was plenty of room for everyone and we would love to come back sometime.

Room with trundle bed was too small to actually pull it out; we had to move it to another room. Not clear why only one shuttle runs 8am-9am, since that’s peak “head to the lifts” time and wait times get very long.

By Christina, Posted: 11/07/2022We had a wonderful time at this condo! The location couldn’t be better- very walkable to Steamboat Resort base area and close to many awesome restaurants and bars! Steamboat Lodging Company has provided everything you’d need- toiletries, cleaning supplies, basic cooking items like spices/olive oil etc and the kitchen is well stocked! The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. We were traveling without our kids, and with a group of friends, but I did notice that this home would be a great choice for families traveling with kids as well. There was one small issue at the complex with some confusion about where to park and how to access the home, but Steamboat Lodging Company was quick to help with detailed directions and ease. This company went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and that everything was going well for us! Definitely recommend staying here :)
