This was a very comfortable home rental. Very large/spacious for just 8 of us and we got to bring the dog so my wife was happy! The walk to the resort is not far if you like a warm up but their shuttle was excellent as well. Great drivers and always quick! Management was quick to bring us missing coffee filters and easy to track down. We really enjoyed staying here for our Steamboat trip.

We had the most wonderful stay at Landings Lodge! I stayed with 3 other couples for a week for my wedding in early June and it couldn't have been more perfect. We appreciated the very well stocked kitchen, the hot tub, the spacious layout, the large garage, and the proximity to the resort and a mountain-side restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were also very comfortable. We had a resident fox that was adorable to look at, and the path just below was utilized by other local wildlife -- we saw a moose and more than one bear! Lastly, the staff was very communicative and responded to all questions and requests in minutes. They even assisted us with more than one package mishap. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great House
Perfect house for a ski trip. Lots of room for a family (or families) to spread out. Great open kitchen and living room area with a private hot tub and grill. Easy walk to the resort base with no need to get on a shuttle. Would definitely stay here again with my family.

Great Stay at a Lovely Home
This beautiful home is well appointed and as described in the listing. We chose it because of its location, 3 bedrooms with king beds, pet friendliness and a fireplace and outdoor hot tub.We had a couple of maintenance issues which were addressed by the management company.Location was good; ski butlers and ski shuttle were very convenient.

Great house, great location. The house is well laid out with 4 comfortable bedrooms. Often some rentals have 1-2 great bedrooms and the others are not as good, that's not the case here. The kitchen was well stocked, good plaices as well as modern washer and dryer. You can take the fantastic shuttle service or walk to the lift area where there are a lot of shops and places to eat/drink. Would definitely stay here again.

Great set up for multiple couples
Liked the setup. There is a King Bedroom and bathroom on each floor affording privacy for everyone. Easy walk to the base village on plowed trail.

Best in the Boat
We have been visiting Steamboat Springs for 20 years and this was one of our most enjoyable stays. The residence management reached out and made our check in and out process seemless and was more than accomodating to our needs. The location is just a short walk to the main base area which made our stay not only convenient but also allowed us to use our time in an efficient manner. This trip was one of the coldest trips we've ever had at the Boat with temperatures reaching -22 degrees which caused a pipe to burst which could be a major issue but the Steamboat Lodging group jumped right into action and fixed the issue and had us in warm showers witin a couple of hours (just in time from coming off the mountain). I would highly recommend this location for Steamboat lodging and have every intention of staying in this house on our next trip. Thanks for making our stay a memorable experience, enjoyed every minute of it!

We loved our stay and felt that the Steamboat Lodging company was super communicative and helpful. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been if more than one towel was provided per guest (we were there for a while so had to dry the towels most days and had an infant with us who didn't have a towel), and if the internet worked better (most nights everyone got booted and it was not possible to stream anything after 4PM). My husband and I had the most wonderful experience through Steamboat Lodging Company! The home was perfect for our 5 day stay! Our labradoodle, Tika, was welcomed with open arms! Nice quiet neighborhood walking distance to restaurants. Steamboat Lodging Co. was literally THE best vacation rental company to coordinate our Colorado vacation.

Beautiful 4 bedroom home in Steamboat Springs; large space for family get togethers, pristine condition with everything one needs especially the hot tub, patios/ deck, 2 car garage nestled in a beautiful setting. Angela from Steamboat Lodging Co. provided helpful instructions to make the stay pleasant and easy, touching base to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Our house was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, that was well maintained. Fantastic large patio where we enjoyed cool mornings and evenings. Easy access to shopping, sightseeing, and variety of pubs and restaurants. Mgmt team was excellent, easy to communicate with and very helpful! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time booking through Steamboat Lodging Company. We had a fantastic experience. I booked directly for two families. The property was as advertised. It was a great space, very clean, well equipped for cooking, lots of storage space, and located very close to resort and Wild Plum grocery, on a cul-de-sac. This will be my new go-to booking company for Steamboat.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful and comfortable home. It was a short walk to the lifts and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing time. The ride service was terrific and made it easy to get to dinners in town avoiding the need to rent a car. Great home for a family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This property was in walking distance to the gondola and the shuttle service was excellent! They run on demand and are very reliable and convenient! The property managers were very attentive and friendly! I highly recommend this property!!

We really enjoyed this home and the lovely deck in the quiet neighborhood. Was located in a terrific spot easy biking to everything. We hope to return next bike season!

This property was a tremendous find! We all loved having enough space to be comfortable, close to the mountain, and so clean! Perfect garage to keep vehicles all warm and dry. The fireplace was a bit tricky to get working but the Steamboat Lodging Co folks were eager to help walk us through and never a problem again. Had a really enjoyable time and stay. See you next year!

Excellent house with proximity to slopes
Great house on multiple levels, which is perfect for traveling groups to maintain space and privacy. We had a couple of minor problems upon check-in, but they were taken care of swiftly. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to cook for groups of 8 people.

Beautiful, family-friendly home near the slopes
This is a very nice, comfortable and stylishly furnished home that is just a few blocks away from the slopes. With four bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, it was just what we needed for our family group of 3 couples and 2 small children. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having a gas grill and private hot tub. We especially appreciated the gourmet charcuterie tray that was waiting for us when we checked in late in the afternoon. We would definitely stay there again! The property management service was very responsive, but it was kind of annoying to have to call them several times to get the gas fireplace working (two service visits and it still wasn't working; we didn't bother calling again). In a house of this caliber, we also would expect a dishwasher in better condition (bottom rack for plates should be replaced; it kept coming off its rollers). We already reported those concerns and are sure management has already taken care of them. Home owners might consider providing the kind of printed binder you see in most vacation rentals, with info on how to operate the heat, fireplace, TVs, garage door and WiFi codes (so that renters don't have to keep looking on their phones for the welcome email for that info), and information on favorite nearby restaurants and attractions, etc. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house and highly recommend it.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the fantastic week my friends and I spent at Landings Lodge. The location couldn't have been more perfect - the house was so close to the ski mountain that we could roll out of bed and be on the slopes in no time. The house itself was beyond cozy and inviting, with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms were so comfortable, it was hard to leave. But the hot tub was the cherry on top - we spent hours lounging in the warm water, taking in the stunning mountain views. The rental process was effortless and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this house enough, and I already can't wait to plan my next trip back. Thanks for making this an amazing vacation!

This house was fantastic. So well planned, designed, so comfortable and welcoming and absolutely beautiful. Two families of 4 stayed and had the best time! Location is great, too. Beds & linens so cozy! Kitchen well appointed!! Thank you!!

My stay at Landings Lodge this fall was top-notch. My family was able to stretch out amongst the four bedrooms and not be on top of each other. Loads of room in the kitchen and it had everything we needed, even a Keurig! The multiple decks were nice to get some fresh air and the hot tub was brand new so we were the first people to use it...SCORE! Walking to the mountain was a breeze and the kids even rode their bikes and scooters. Bonus, there's a great little beer bar called the Bus Stop at the end of the path that's an easy walk. Also, the leaves in Steamboat in the fall are so amazing! Peggy with Steamboat Lodging Company told us of a few hikes to see them and they were truly breathtaking. Fall is the best here!
