Condo was so nice and comfortable, it was clean and fresh smelling. All one needs is groceries, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The gondola was a five minute walk from the place. There are many restaurants and stores in the same area. Overall a wonderful stay and Steamboat is a beautiful to visit, and there is a free transit stop that'll take you to town. That was a treat.

The condo was very nice. We had 4 bed rooms, could sleep our our crew of six very comfortably.. The only negative thing was that rooms got hot at night and none of the tub/showers had any handrails since we both were in a walker. It made for quick showers. We did not ask about the ADA amenities and there may have been other BR that were available with handrails. Overall the resort was very nice.

Great condo for our ski trip!
This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our ski trip! Plenty of room for our family, the beds were all comfy. And it was walking distance to the gondola and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

SS: Steamboat Lodging Company's communication made arrival and check-in simple and pleasant, from the welcome note and snacks waiting for us upon entering, to the well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, comfy beds, and lovely views of beautiful sunny and snowy sunsets. We had one issue with a door that required attention, and SLC took care of it promptly. The close proximity to both gondolas was so easy and convenient for skiing. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway
The condo was perfect for our family getaway. The space was perfect & the beds were very comfortable! Loved how close it was to the creek at the base of the slopes for the grandkids to play in & also just a short walk to get some gelato. Enjoyed the amenities of the complex, too. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved our long weekend at Snow Flower 311 this summer! We brought three adults and two kids (two families) here and it was a perfect amount of space. Great views from the living room and deck, cozy beds, everything was sparkling clean, and the location is great! We used the pool every day, walked to dinner at the Range Food Hall, played in Burgess Creek at the base area, and rode the gondola to hike a bit. We brought our ebikes and there are secure bike racks in the parking garage which we loved. Oh, and the elevator made life so easy! Only one complaint was that it was hot in the bedrooms when we walked in, but the Steamboat Lodging Company team set up lots of fans to move the air once we opened the windows up. The condo cooled quickly with the help of the air conditioning unit in the living room and stayed that way for our trip. Overall 10/10 for this condo and we can't wait to come back to ski and stay here (it's basically right on the slopes)!

Nicely updated spot right at the base of the Resort. My folks really appreciated the single level floor plan. Enjoyed all the folks at Steamboat Lodging Co.....very helpful and fun! We'll be back and hope to try some of their other properties. Thank you!

We spent a week at Steamboat and this unit was perfect for our family of 5 plus another couple who joined us. Location was perfect, short walk to the gondola/main village and complimentary shuttle service was very convenient to navigate around town. Highly recommended and company was great to work with! We stayed here in late September for the food and wine festival. Great location just a few steps from the base area- would be an outstanding choice for ski season. It looks as if the owner has done some major upgrades to the unit- looked very well kept. Main bedroom has a shared patio with the living room that looks towards the flat tops- we took some great family sunset pictures there. The kids loved the bunk bed room. There is a brewery, restaurant, and a little boutique grocery store literally right across the street- made things simple for food and adult refreshment. We would definitely return to this place.

Great Location and Space
3 generation, 6 person ski trip and plenty of space for everyone. Very thoughtfully arranged and comfortable condo with all the desired amenities. The Steamboat Lodging Co was very attentive. Having a touchpad keyless entry was super convenient. One thing to be aware of is that the bunk bed ladder is a little tough to climb.

So close to the slopes
Big Condo close to the Gondola. Fit two families of 4. Clean and modern, lively decor, kitchen well appointed, good wifi. Can you get bigger places for less, yes you can but there is nothing like having a short stroll back to the condo!

3 - 5 minute Walk to Gondola, Updated, Excellent Communication
The condo was a very short 3 - 5 minute walk to the Gondola, depending on the speed of walkers. The condo was updated and nicely decorated with comfortable beds, and spacious with lots of closet space. There was a huge TV in the main room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you needed to cook and to eat. Even dishes and glasses were high quality and looked new. There was no available ski/board storage at the unit as expected, but Steamboat Lodging solved the problem by providing us with storage at the base. The only issue we had with the unit was a clicking noise coming from the heater in the master bedroom, which the engineer was not able to fix. The noise only occurred once the heat was over 70 degrees, so we we just kept it lower than that as we did not want to deal with troubleshooting the problem. It seemed that Steamboat Lodging was committed to addressing the issue for future guests. Overall communication was excellent with Steamboat Lodging, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even left us some gifts and and and there was a charcuterie assortment when we arrived. The shuttle service was extremely convenient, and we never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle. Overall this is a great unit with plenty of room, very comfortable, and extremely convenient to the base.

AMAZING STAY - Steamboat
Check-in process was all contractless and super easy. Staff was great to work with over text and phone and made sure we had everything we needed during our ski trip in Steamboat. The unit itself was great, sleeping all 8 of us very comfortably. It had all the amenities we needed and it was a 4 min walk to the gondola. Will definitely be staying here in future ski trips.

Had a wonderful stay at Snowflower 311. Three couples, three days. The renovations are wonderful, making this spacious condo feel clean, modern, and comfortable. Took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit area, and walked over to Apres Ski Burger Bistro for a great dinner. This is a wonderful place, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to rest and enjoy Steamboat.
It was so nice to stay some place and have it meet all our expectations. The environment was very laid back and very quiet. We went for a walk every morning and all the paths we took led us to see the beautiful scenery around the condo. This was a last hurrah before my niece gets married in September and we decided on a last minute little family bachelorette trip with her mom, grandma and aunts. We had a wonderful time and would like to return. The beds were very comfortable and all our needs were met. Admittedly, we ate out every night, but did have breakfast in morning. It was very convenient to The Wild Plum across the street, where we could get coffee and other items that we needed. This is an easy choice to decide to stay at this condo.

Excellent condo with beautiful views
This beautiful condo is completely updated, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, despite its small size. There were some little snacks waiting for us upon arrival, which was an unexpected but welcome surprise. We had a beautiful view of the hot air balloon festival from the deck while drinking our coffee, another delightful surprise. The only trouble we had was that the front two rooms got pretty hot at night. We were able to put the provided box fans in the windows to cool it off, but that meant leaving the shades open with the lights out front pouring in. I imagine this is only a big issue during the really hot times of the year. You may want to put your heaviest sleepers in these rooms or bring a sleep mask to block out the light. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. We spent lots of time down there. There is a delicious burger joint across the street, definitely try it out. There’s also a little market just across the street in case you want to grab a late night snack or a coffee in the morning. All in all, a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be booking with this company again.

Snowflower 311 blew our mind for a late spring ski trip in Steamboat! The whole place looks like it has been redone and even the great pictures don't do it justice. We only used three rooms for our small group, but everyone loved having their own space and bathroom. We spent a ton of time at the pool & hot tub and used the shuttle a bunch to get around. We walked to the base area to ski every day and you can almost ski all the way down to the building. This made life so easy! We recommend grabbing groceries & food across the street at the Wild Plum, they even have coffee, wine and ice cream. This was a recommendation from Nolan at Steamboat Lodging Company and we really took advantage of it. He also helped us through some parking issues we had. Steamboat Lodging Company is the best and this condo is top notch!
