What an amazing home! So much room for all and the views are fantastic. Amazing outdoor space and hot tub. Huge kitchen with all you can need and more. A true family charmer with more games/puzzles than you can think of. Worked just right for our family of 15. Though it wasn't quite winter during our stay we can't wait to enjoy it in full summer mode. We'll be back for sure!

Great location and views. The house was spacious and layed out well for our group of 8 guys. Three spots to park were helpful especially since one of the garage spots had a charger for one of our EVs. It was nice to head home with a full charge and not need a stop on the way. The hot tub was well cared for and larger than many. We took advantage of their shuttle service to get to/from the slopes with ease. They pick you up right in front of the house. The layout has a big open space around the kitchen for gathering, with all the bedrooms quietly separated.

The overall space was fabulous! Ample place for us to congregate as a large group, but also there was room for people to have their provacy. Hot tub was great. Kitchen was huge. Plenty of dishes. Very comfortable beds.

This house had ample space, which made it very easy for our large group to congregate together,  but also space for us to have our own privacy. The communication before hand was helpful, check-in was smooth, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent
We have a group of 10-12 adults that gather every Labor Day weekend and this location was great! The house was very accommodating with a lot of useful space and the deck was used morning, day, and night if we were at the house. The communication was excellent and included an email shortly after departure that we left some valuable jewelry in one of the bedrooms. The jewelry was shipped the day we departed. Great wholesome and honest hosts!

Platinum Birthday
Provided the perfect combination of gathering area and privacyfor a group of 11 adults. We loved the big kitchen, dining table and living room with art frame tv. The hot tub was well used. Well stocked kitchen helped us efficiently serve our large group. Location was great for easy access to hikes at the ski area. Steamboat is a wonderful summer location. Saffron Indian restaurant had excellent food!

Great property!

The home is very comfortable and fit our extended family of 11 very well. The family room was perfect for movie watching and game night or just sitting and taking in the fabulous view of the ski area. The kitchen was well appointed and worked great for the chefs in the family. The shuttle service was timely and wonderful minus two( out of many) longer than normal delays during rush hour, but that was expected. We plan to be back next season!

Fabulous Fall break
We had such an amazing time in Steamboat! The house was beautiful had plenty of space for all of us, was equipped with all the kitchen supplies we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting outside on the patio/deck. The views were incredible. Lots of games to keep the kids entertained. We were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and the lovely Mgmt company staff even dropped by a little gift for her, they were very thoughtful. We hope we have another opportunity to come again.

We had a family of 13 stay at this location. This property was laid out excellent for a large group of people, there was space for everyone. The home was clean and the welcome gifts were appreciated. The view from this home is amazing and we felt like we were in our own little paradise. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

BEAUTIFUL home and location!
We couldn't have asked for more from this home. It was right next to the golf course we played in the mornings, and right around the corner from the resort for Gondola Happy Hour and Live Music. Beautiful views from the patio, and master bedrooms. Thank you so much!

Great summer vacation spot!

Great house for large family vacation
We had 7 adults and 7 small kids. The foosball, ping pong and pool tables provided hours of entertainment for all ages. The house has three levels, with sleeping space for three family units. A great base of operations for a Steamboat vacation!

We all had a tremendous time at the Villa Vista property.  So much room for all to be more than comfortable and yet could also all get together when needed.  Easy check in/out procedures and a terrific host!  We all decided coming to stay during ski season will be something we look into.  Don't miss out on this fantastic spot!

Our group had a wonderful stay at Villa Vista for our ski trip. Easy booking, smooth check-in/out, and convenient location with reliable shuttle service to the mountain. The home is spacious and well-appointed. The couches and beds are all comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group (slow cooker, instant pot, large pots/pans, etc.). The hot tub is large/clean and conveniently located off the kitchen area. - There are beautiful views of the mountain - The pictures don't do justice to the sunsets and colors you enjoy from the living room. - Lots of detailed touches throughout the home and plenty of the "nice to haves" around the house in storage areas (fans, humidifiers, games, etc.)

This place has it all! We stayed 5 nights with 11 people. Everyone was comfortable. House well stocked and comfortably finished. Kitchen beyond stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Garage was tight for larger vehicles but we made it work. Pool table and game room were perfect for the teenagers and adults alike. We booked directly and staff was super helpful and communicative. We used shuttle a few times, worked smoothly.

Our stay at Villa Vista in January was epic! First off, the views from the house of the ski mountain are second to none. You can easily see the weather and conditions and even see the gondolas turning. So cool! Steamboat Lodging Company hooked us up with an early check-in and we immediately jumped in the hot tub (also has amazing views!). The house is very large and everything is laid out nicely for privacy. Kiddos enjoyed the downstairs rooms and game room, adults loved the kitchen and living room, and all the beds were top notch. Morning coffee on the decks is also a must! We used the ski shuttle every day and loved the app it used to communicated with us. Overall, 10 outta 10 at this spot.

We loved the views and the location of this home. The concierge shuttle service was the best! We loved not having to drive anywhere and appreciated the rides to the grocery store. It was the perfect house for our large group and we enjoyed the nice snacks and charcuterie board left by Steamboat Lodging Company. The ping pong table has a broken leg and we couldn't find any foos balls for the table. Just wanted to let you know about those items! We hope to book a large house at your sister company in Winter Park next year!

Villa Vista is a fantastic(did I say that already?) place to stay! I'll just get this part out of the way, THE VIEWS! Day and night, the views from this place are gorgeous! The living spaces are warm and comfortable, yet modern and clean. I loved being able to just sit and take it in. The kitchen was well outfitted and a joy in which to cook. It's part of the main living space so I felt a part of what was going on while cooking. The beds are super comfy. I didn't want to get out of mine! The bathrooms are all well stocked. The tub in the master bath has an amazing view! The patio and decks are all great places to hang out on a nice day, whether on the two private decks or the patio with hot tub. The hot tub. What a great place to enjoy after a fun day of adventures! To sum up, DO IT! BOOK IT NOW!!!

Christmas in Steamboat
We had a terrific experience at this property. Firstly, the view of the mountain is breath-taking. Location of the property is great and the management company runs a shuttle that operates just like Uber and is super convenient for getting on and off the mountain (they will also take you for groceries, downtown, etc). Attention to detail was terrific - truly the best-outfitted vacation rental we have ever used. Every last thing you would want in kitchen, abundance of towels and sheets, all the little things that make it easier to stay in a rental. And for us, the layout was perfect. We put the teenagers upstairs so they had their own little apartment and the family w/ the little kids in the basement so they also had their own space- and didn't wake everyone up at the crack of dawn. The property manager even called to ask if we wanted a Christmas tree set up - so thoughtful.

New Years - ski party
Property was beautiful, clean and as advertised. We had a group of six adults between Christmas and New Years and had more space than we needed but we enjoyed it. Location is easy and views are amazing. Steamboat did a light show and fireworks and we could watch it all from the house. We would stay here again.

Loved the house!!! Our favorite vacation rental ever! If the house ever goes on the market, we would love to buy it. Layout was terrific, loved the attention to detail with items that are stocked in the kitchen/house and the Steamboat Lodging Company's customer service was above and beyond. Thank you so much. This place is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Everyone in my group has stated multiple times they would stay here again. The views are amazing and still close enough to grocery store and the downtown area . The house was very clean and put together when we arrived. Check in and check out was made very easy, and the communication was excellent. The hot tub is outdated and unfortunately didn’t really work while we were there. But Other than that everything was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked! Honestly one of the best rentals I've been in.

Beautiful home with great layout and location
This home was perfect for our extended family vacation. The rooms are broken up so families/couples had their own space and some privacy. Yet, the family room and kitchen were nice and open so we could all be together as well. It was very comfortable. The views from the great room are lovely. The porch, hot tub, and game room were all great additions that were enjoyed thoroughly. The managing group communicated wonderfully and were very helpful with a few issues we had (nothing big). The house is also well-stocked with multiple coffee makers, an extra ice maker and many kitchen items.

Our stay at Vista Villa was phenomenal. The layout of the house gave us ample room to spread out. The multiple living spaces was perfect for our group and including a 2 year old. Wonderful house, spectacular views

Luxury is the right word for Villa Vista. The unassuming entrance to the house gives way to the most spectacular view and stunning home when you open the doors. Truly a 'wow' moment. We visited in the summer and it was the perfect house for 3 families to be all together in the living areas/cook in the kitchen with a feeling of spaciousness; Everyone had their own spot in quiet times. The pool table and game/movie room downstairs gave us another entertainment area, either for the teenagers or the adults. We utilised every part of the house. All of our bedrooms had stunning views overlooking the ski area, it was such a beautiful scene to wake up to. Being warm, we even enjoyed the bedroom patios for morning coffee. It was the perfect launching pad for tubing the Yampa and hiking the surrounding areas. Attention to detail and beautifully appointed. Thank you for a superb stay for all of us.

Amazing views of the mountain
Our stay at Villa Vista For our ski trip was excellent. The host was very communicative and available to assist with anything. The views of the mountain from this location are hard to beat, and it was a quick shuttle to the lift.

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Villa Vista property in Steamboat. Even though we had researched and selected the property for its location and views, upon arrival and throughout our stay it surpassed all expectations. The views of the ski resort are flat out spectacular from anywhere in the house. You can’t beat the location either. 10 minute walk to the base of the mountain or a 5 minute complimentary shuttle that we used multiple times a day. The grocery store and restaurants are also just a five minute drive or shuttle ride away, with downtown just another five minutes further. The property also has a great layout and feels very private while being so central. The hot tub is situated nicely in a wooded nook and shares the same spectacular views. It’s a large house that very comfortably sleeps 16, yet it feels very homey w/ beautiful decor. You can find a private quiet place even amongst 3 families, and it has a lovely great room off the kitchen for gathering and spending time together. The management company was very helpful and answered any and all questions. We could go on and on about this property, ultimately it’s a gem of a house that gives you all Steamboat has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Vista. All the rooms were so comfortable and the main room was just perfect! The views, the hot tub, the location - just amazing. The kids could play in the basement level game room while the adults gathered around the fire and in the huge kitchen. The shuttle itself was an added bonus making it so easy for different members of our group to come and go to the ski mountain on their own schedules. We can’t wait to stay there again!

We’ve been coming to Steamboat since 1995 and have stayed in some great places but this was by far the most convenient with the most beautiful view. Villa Vista has everything you need for a family vacation. It’s so spacious and it was spotless. Our kids loved this trip! We will be back!

We stayed in the Villa Vista property in Steamboat Springs (3 couples), the views are absolutely amazing. The house is well appointed and the layout is great for sharing space with friends and family as well as having private space to retreat to. We had a wonderful family stay at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room for 13 of us, 8 adults and 5 boys. It's so nice that there are multiple refrigerators available. The game room was fantastic, the views are amazing and the hot tub was a big hit! The kitchen is very well equipped, but needs a few more pots & pans. The shuttle service to the mountain was fantastic, on time and drivers were so nice and friendly! The one comment I would make is that it needs to be made clear that large vehicles (any type of truck, Suburban or large SUV, or passenger van) will NOT FIT in the garage. It's a 3 car garage, but the overhead clearance is very low and doors are not very wide. Only one of our vehicles (mid size SUV) fit inside the garage, and it was tricky getting in. The driveway is not very large either, so that should be a consideration for guests. Thanks again for all of your assistance with my many questions, I would highly recommend your company.

You've got to see this home to believe it! Of course the photos show it off, but when we stayed here, we were blown away at how nice and large it is. They spared no details when outfitting this home - high end sheets & towels, comfy beds, modern furniture, fully stocked kitchen and tons of patio furniture to enjoy the view. Speaking of, the views of Steamboat Resort are second to none. We loved the very private hot tub and the kids spent a lot of time in the movie room with the game tables. The three floors to spread out on were great for everyone to get some privacy when needed. We stayed in constant contact with Peggy at Steamboat Lodging Company when we needed advice on things to do or what was open. First class vacation home!

Great House in Steamboat
We had a great time staying at this beautiful property in Steamboat! Our group consisted of seven siblings, our parents, significant others and a 4.5 month old. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out, and the views were absolutely stunning! The kitchen had everything you need to cook (including a Kitchenaid mixer!) and plenty of space in the pantry/fridge for the food a group of our size needed! One thing the listing did not mention was there is no air conditioning in the home. Apparently this is normal in Steamboat and we happened to visit when temperatures were about 10-15 degrees higher than normal. The home definitely got a little warm during the day, but we kept the windows open at night and slept very comfortably. Location wise, this house was perfect. We were a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, 10 minute drive downtown, 15 minutes to Fish Creek Falls and 30-45 minutes from a lot of the recommended hikes. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful amenities including the hot tub and game room that the kids enjoyed and the kitchen is very well stocked! We had an amazing stay at Vista Villa, and I recommend it whole-heartedly! The house is very well appointed with all you'll need for a trip to Steamboat. It's close to the ski area and the VIEWS are INCREDIBLE! Seriously, this could be the best view in Steamboat! Several families or a family reunion would be so great here. The house is comfortable and feels secluded even though it's close to the action. Your crew will enjoy the huge kitchen, hot tub, theater, pool table, and ping pong table. This house has a cool layout that allows for large gatherings in communal places and quiet bedroom spaces. If everyone is being loud in the kitchen/living room, you (or your child) could be taking a quiet nap in your bedroom. Steamboat Lodging Company was super easy to work with, and helped us have a great trip to Steamboat. All in all, great vacation rental, great location, and tremendous views. Five stars!

Awesome place and host!
Could not be happier with the experience and with the host. They were so on top of everything. Weren’t just in contact with me but with my extended family because we were arriving at slightly different times. Their attention to detail with towels, toiletries, some welcome treats and a nice welcome card felt more like a 5 star resort than a VRBO. The location is simply amazing, great view of the slopes, couple minute drive from the base to let the kids play in the creek, even got a little alpenglow effect a couple evenings. This place couldn’t have been better for us and we had plenty of room to spread out with our 3 families and 11 people. We’ll be back no doubt.

If you're looking for great views of the ski area, look no further! This home is being redecorated from top to bottom with really cool design, you can tell by the living room. It's three floors with tons of bedrooms and lots of room for the kids to play including the pool table room and home theatre. Grownups each had their own bedroom and lots of privacy. But the real showstopper is the private patio with the huge mountain views. Plus the private hot tub is out here and we spent quite a few nights watching the stars. Lots of room to sit down for dinner and the kitchen has everything you need. Steamboat Lodging Company helped us with lots of little questions we had about Steamboat and even brought over more hot tub towels with the kids used them all. Overall, we can't wait to come back here this winter!
