My friends and I had a great time at our rental. Instructions were clear and seamless, house was extremely clean, and the shuttle service was clutch. Check-out was straight forward and we felt very comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property as well as this company.

This property was superb. The house is beautiful with lots of space in all the rooms, including closet space. The game room was enjoyed by not only our 2 kids but by all the adults, too!! The hot tub was a must after spending the day in the cold, offering gorgeous snowy views. It is perfectly located. A quick 5 to 10 minute walk (depending on pace) to the free Wildhorse Gondola that takes you to the base of the mountain where you can enjoy some shopping and restaurants or to hit the slopes. We LOVED the free shuttle service that Steamboat Lodging provides. The downloaded app was super easy to use to set up for shuttle pick up and drop off. The shuttle was able to pick us up most of the time within 5 minutes. We never waited longer than 15 minutes for pick up. I highly recommend and would definitely book this property again!!

It was nice to see that house in person looked just like the pictures on the website. There were 10 people in our party and it was the perfect size. The house had a nice grill, hot tub and fire pit. FYI: There is no privacy as all the yards back up to one another. The gym and restaurant close by were super convenient. The shuttle was reliable. I would recommend this house.

We met our daughters and their families at Wildhorse Sanctuary for Thanksgiving. We had a lovely stay. Cooking our Thanksgiving meal was relatively easy with all of the cooking amenities that are in that kitchen. The children (5-14) enjoyed the 4 games on the lower level of the house. Now that they are a little older, trying to play ping pong was great fun for them. The area is beautiful and the adults enjoyed walking in the cool weather and exercising at the community gym. The Steamboat Lodging Company is extremely easy with which to work and answered our questions quickly. We hope to return.

It is always a great time when we get to Steamboat, this will be our 18th year and, Steamboat Lodging Company is ALWAYS a welcome friend. We know they are always around, no matter the time or day they are there to help. We ONLY use SLC for our booking to Steamboat because they are always friendly and we really feel like we are home. The Steamboat Lodging Company was phenomenal in helping us plan and enjoy our Colorado trip. We were there for a week at the end of July and the weather was perfect. It was everyone's first time to Steamboat for the summer and for some their first trip to the mountains. We did a lot of research as our group was 14 (8 adults and 6 kids) and we needed a house that would accommodate separate bedrooms, was great for keeping the kids entertained and was close to town for all our daily excursions. The beds were super comfortable, the layout was great, the firepit was perfect for early morning/late evening weather and the kids fell in love with the game room! I am not sure we could have picked a better house for our needs. We talked to several people at the lodging company both in preparation for our visit as well as during our stay and they were always super responsive, had great suggestions and quickly took care of any issues we had. Of all the houses we have stayed over the years for family vacations, this one might have been our favorite! If we ever make it back to Steamboat again we will absolutely be staying in the same house and using the Steamboat Lodging Company to book our accommodations. Thanks to everyone at the Lodging Company for making our trip a memorable one and thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful mountain home with us for a week. - The Jagels Clan

House is great for large family group. Shuttle service is excellent!  Distance to gondola not great in skiboots (about 150 yards). House is in need of minor repairs: -Ice maker isn't working (you delivered crushed ice so we got by just fine) -Dishwasher isn't doing a good job -Main shower needs attention -Great house with easy to fix maintenance issues.

Wonderful place. Beautiful. Very convenient to the slopes. Short walk to neighborhood Wildhorse gondola taking you straight to the base. No need to drive. The shuttle service was very responsive and friendly. I had left an item on the shuttle by accident and they dropped it off at the house. The family really enjoyed the hot tub. We had 6 young grand kids who had an absolute blast playing and spending time in the game room. The heated bathroom floors were a treat. Also appreciated having fridge outside where we put drinks. The management company answered any questions promptly. Great service. Only issue was the lighting in the master bath as it was fairly dim which made it a little difficult for my wife getting ready in the morning. Would definately recommend! Wonderful experience!

Our recent stay at this modern home was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself is large yet incredibly warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between contemporary design and cozy comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—especially with the delightful gift that greeted us. The living spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Whether you’re looking to unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring or host a friendly ping pong tournament in the spacious recreation room, this home has it all. We were particularly charmed by the festive Christmas tree set up for Thanksgiving, adding a special holiday touch to our stay. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 13, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The responsive and attentive hosts were always available to answer our questions, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this home. It's a perfect retreat for large groups, families, or anyone wanting a memorable getaway.

Our crew of 10 had a wonderful ski vacation at Wildhorse Sanctuary. The home is beautiful, clean, exactly as advertised and photographed, and had *plenty* of space for all of us. We found the kitchen to be well-equipped with ample dishes, utensils, cookware, and serving items. We loved having the hot tub and downstairs game room for after-snow activities. The gondola to the ski area is a very short walk from the house as are the fitness center and pickleball courts. Communication with Steamboat Lodging was easy and they responded quickly to my questions. All in all a fabulous trip!

Beautiful home. Convenient location. All the amenities you could ever need. Unless you were doing a shrimp boil for 8 HA!. Sidewalk, driveway and path to hot tub was cleared of snow. All Was great. Hot tub was clean and easy to get to. Only one improvement, would have been nice to have a hair dryer in every bathroom.

Wildhorse Sanctuary was a great place to stay for our large family and friends (14). There was enough room for all. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The short walk to the neighborhood gondola was nice for those who were skiing. A big THANKS to Kami and Margaret for helping make our stay easier when we needed a couple things. Also Matt was a big help transporting us to the town for our dinner night out. We would definitely use Steamboat Lodging Company again.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It is perfect for a large family group. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that it had lots of plates and silverware because we like to eat in. My only complaint would be that the upstairs bedroom with bathroom attached didn’t have air conditioning and was hot without using a fan and opening the window. And that only worked at night. It stayed hot all day. We understood that it wasn’t anyone’s fault that the washer broke, but that was a little bit inconvenient with 6 kids and 6 adults. We loved the location and hope to return for another visit.

The property was in excellent condition. Any questions we had were immediately responded to. The proximity to the gondola from the neighborhood to the base of the mountain was very close. It was approximately a two block walk. In ski boots, it took five minutes. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, spacious, new, modern home with everything you need. Grandkids loved the large basement and bunk room. Flat area with open grass behind house so grandkids had fun playing outside. Pool, tennis and pickleball just a walk away and easy drive to anywhere else. Patio was great in the morning for coffee and in the shade in the afternoon to enjoy the rest of the day with nice views of the mountains. It would be nice to replace one of the 3 upstairs queen beds with a king. Steamboat Lodging staff very helpful and accommodating as were Winter Park Lodging staff last year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Wildhorse Sanctuary! The house is so great. We had multiple families and everyone had space. The kitchen was stocked great, hot tub and grill were nice to have, living spaces, large and comfortable. The location is perfect for skiing! It would have been nice to have a few more bath towels, and some games/puzzles would be a nice amenity! Hope to be back next year!

This was the first opportunity for me and my family to have vacation since Covid. And I have to say I couldn't have picked a better property to break back into vacation-mode! The most important thing for me when renting a house like this is the communication, and from the very beginning, it was exceptional. It provides such a great deal of comfort to know that you’re dealing with professionals and courteous and sincere hosts, like Steamboat Lodging Company. They made us feel so comfortable and at ease, and could not have been more gracious. Upon checking into the property it was exactly as described, immaculately clean and beautiful (they must have an incredible cleaning staff I’m sure!) The home is beautifully furnished with modern state of the art amenities, and the kitchen is very chef friendly. The bathrooms are immaculate & the beds are extremely comfortable. The whole house is warm and cozy and there’s a lot of space. Very impressed with the neighborhood, upper scale, with the nicest neighbors. Everybody is so friendly as you’re walking around, and people say hello (such a nice change!) Highly recommend Wildhorse Sanctuary & the Steamboat Lodging Company.

We stayed at Wildhorse Sanctuary this summer and can't say enough about how great this house is. First off, it's a large private home in a really nice neighborhood. It felt really high end and safe in the community, so much so that we let our kids ride their bikes all around whenever they wanted. Inside, the home is decked out! We loved the back deck & hot tub, while the kids spent tons of time in the game room on the lower level. Kitchen was stocked nicely, although we walked to dinner at Brick a few times so we didn't have to cook. The neighborhood pool is where you'll spend tons of time if you have kids, we loved it! We did have to call Steamboat Lodging Company once to bring more towels since we were using them so much at the pool and fresh ones were delivered within the hour. Can't wait to come back and use the private gondola during ski season.
