Brought a family of 12 and had a great experience. Lots of room for large families/groups. Was able to utilize the outdoor patio and fireplace and it was very cozy. Would stay again

The property is beautiful with high-end finishes and everything felt very comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient — we could go anywhere without needing to rent a car. The staff were very responsive and professional, and everyone in Steamboat Springs was so friendly. Highly recommend this place!

We have a larger family and this home fit us well. We could walk to the heated pool which the kids loved! Lots of spreading out room for all to enjoy. The company's shuttle was so convenient also! Our party did utilized the neighborhood gondola to get up to the slopes too. Super well managed property and we hope to return!

Great stay.
Wonderfully house in Steamboat. Has a hot tub and within walking distance to the pool. The management of this property was amazing. They had stellar communication and made our stay enjoyable. Will be back to stay.

The house and the service were excellent. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The house was immaculately clean and provided the perfect setting for our vacation.

We had two separate units to accommodate our extended family and the homes were perfect! Yampa Valley View House was where we mostly hung out…larger dining table and somewhat more expansive views. We had a Keurig that didn’t work and it was replaced within an hour and any questions we had were answered very quickly. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and play games or find a corner to read quietly. We also rented Flat Tops Haven which has pretty much the same floor plan. Both places are very well equipped and are close to the pool. We loved the hot tubs! Of course, the biggest draw was the gorgeous Yampa Valley. We certainly recommend a trip there to anyone. It is a beautiful place with lots to enjoy.

Outstanding Property - even better views!
Start to finish this property exceeded expectations. Location is perfect. Home was wonderfully appointed - from cook supplies to linens. Communication via text with the property managers was very convenient - and access to the shuttle was a huge bonus. Already looking at return dates.

This property is amazing! Super modern yet comfortable. Definitely the views like it mentiones and fantastic rooftop hot tub. So much spreading out space everyone could do what they wanted/needed yet we were all still under one roof. Neighborhood gondola was a terrific way to get up/back to skiing. We also loved the free shuttle option....very nice/helpful!  All in all a wonderful place to enjoy Steamboat and we've all agreed worth staying here again next trip!

Helpful Property Manager and Beautiful Home and Views
The spacious home was maintained, clean and equipped with the necessities. The views from the multiple decks were amazing. It is truly the view house. Parking was an issue, but we were able to modify.

Great service from Steamboat Lodging. Garage door not working properly. They fixed it immediately. Rental unit really clean. All of staff great to work with. Nicky was very pleasant and helpful. I will rent from Steamboat lodging every time I go to Steamboat.

Steamboat Lodging Co has excellent communication with their guests. The shuttle service exceeds expectations. All shuttle calls were responded to within 3 minutes. The shuttle drivers had good tips for restaurants and activities The app used to call for shuttle service was excellent. SBLC made our trip so easy all we had to do was ski!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Yampa Valley Viewhouse. The place is beautiful and the views of the mountains and stars are incredible. The staff was friendly and check in/check out was easy. The location is very convenient to the slopes. The hot tub on the roof was amazing as well. We had seven adults and three children and had plenty of room. Would stay here again next time in Steamboat.

Most snow in 13 years
Great property, had a wonderful time as Steamboat received the most snow in 13 years. Property has everything you would need, including a bbq and hot tub. Just note that the outdoor fireplace and deck area doesn't seem to be available during the winter as it was all wrapped up. One fantastic bonus is that the personal shuttle was super convenient.

Great family getaway

Spring break
Beautiful property. Living room television was pixelated. Had charcuterie board provided by staff. Nice touch. Repair staff could not repair. Great otherwise.

Outstanding Place to Stay
Everything about the property itself exceeds expectations. The rooftop hot tub is incredible. The kitchen area opens up to unbelievable views. We had no issues with the SONOS (connecting your device to the wifi allows you to play Spotify directly on it.) The location is also great - our only gripe would be the neighbors are a bit much but a mild inconvenience and we would definitely stay here again.

Great house, with great space. No central AC is the only downside as some rooms got quite warm.
Great experience overall! The property had fantastic space for my family of 4 as well as our friends family of 4. The only downside was no central AC, so some of the rooms did get pretty warm. Would definitely rent this property again in the winter when the AC wouldn’t be an issue.

The house was perfect for our family of 9 (2 grandparents, a family of 3 and a family of 4). There was plenty of separation of families and ample common space to gather, dine and entertain as a group. Furnishings were perfect and dishes, silverware, glasses aand utensils were far more than needed. The outdoor spaces were excellent even though only enjoyable in the mornings and fairly late in the evenings because of the unseasonably hot weather this June. We vacation every summer rotating between the beach and the mountains, sometimes with as many as 18 family members, and the three young children on this trip said it is the best house so far.

What a house! What a location! I fell in love with this spot after a girls trip this past fall, and I can’t wait for it to be an annual occurrence. We had the most amazing time cooking dinner in that huge kitchen while sipping cocktails. That Restoration Hardware dining table was stunning, and also perfect for catching up with the girls over a board game. I can’t decide which is my favorite though: the hot tub on the upstairs deck or the fire pit on the deck off the kitchen. Both were so lovely on a cool night in the mountains. The location was ideal for our trip too. We went on some hikes right from the house, and it was so close to town that we could pop over for some shopping and a spa activity whenever we wanted. Very excited to return.

I had a great time at Yampa Valley Viewhouse. This place was lovely, with amazing decor. It was very clean and I felt right at home when I was there. The neighborhood is very conveniently located to the ski lift which was a bonus! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Our family had the opportunity to stay here recently and it was really wonderful! We found the home to be conveniently located, very nicely furnished, and comfortable for all ages. Loved the light-filled windows and mountain/valley views. There was room for everyone to cook together, hang out together, play together, but also plenty of room to spread out for rest and quiet time. Comfy beds, laundry room, TV and game room area, fabulous outdoor deck space. And the hot tub at night was a fun treat! The spacious kitchen/dining/family area was the gathering place. We also enjoyed walks on several easy-access trails in the area. A great trip! We made many happy memories.

Wow! This brand new build is exquisitely furnished! No detail missed from decor to wireless technology throughout. Everything tidy and in place and easy instructions upon arrival! The view is AMAZING. Private hot tub on roof makes the perfect spot for views of sunset! Spectacular house and town! Will definitely be back!
