When you think customer service is gone in the world, Steamboat Lodging Company seems to just take theirs to the next level every time. Each month when we get our statements their team is going the extra mile. Shoveling snow, tightening a bed frame, or adjusting a door to ensure our property is always taken care of when we are away. They always seem to be looking at the bigger picture for the clients and the property, which is still reassuring that we chose the right partner for over 3 years now. While I have looked at properties in other markets my one hesitation is not having a partner like Steamboat Lodging since they have set the bar so high.
