We’re excited to present this year’s parade theme, "250/150: Celebrating our Pioneers, Patriots & Peak”. In 2026, Colorado is celebrating a unique "250/150" milestone, combining the 250th anniversary of the United States (semisquincentennial) with the 150th anniversary of Colorado statehood (sesquicentennial). This "Sesquisemiquincentennial" commemorates 1876-2026, focusing on Colorado’s history, agriculture, and diverse cultures through statewide events, exhibitions, and community projects.
