Located less than a mile to Steamboat Resort, this is the perfect home base for your next mountain getaway.Enter Blackhawk 13 on the lower level featuring a heated garage, plenty of ski storage, boot dryers, mud room, full washer & dryer, and secluded downstairs bunk suite perfect for the kiddos. The bunk suite features a Twin/Full bunk bed and Queen bed, flat screen TV, hotel-style luxury linens, plus a private ensuite bathroom. Take the stairs (or the in-home elevator!) and head upstairs to the main living area level and enjoy the spacious layout of the open floor plan including a warm fireplace, Pac-Man video game, and large flat screen TV. The living area has contemporary furnishings & art that flows perfectly into the decked out kitchen.Hungry? Come together at the 10 person dining room table for a home cooked meal or bring take-out home from one of the nearby restaurants. There are also seating for three more at the breakfast bar. Head outside and find two decks on this level, one that boasts ski area views and seating for two, and another that offers a bit more privacy with a hot tub looking over the neighboring creek.Head upstairs to the third level to find the Twin room with two Twin beds, closet, flat screen TV, and shared Jack & Jill bathroom. There is also a Queen bedroom on this level that shares the Jack & Jill bathroom. Very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and overall, very comfortable. We would very likely look here first for our next trip to Steamboat.

By Don, Posted: 09/23/2025This property was just right for the 3 generations that enjoyed it. Elevator was clutch and enabled us to all stay together with grandparents with mobility issues. Loved the private hot tub and expansive kitchen. Kids loved the ping pong table and everyone had plenty of their own space/bathrooms.....a huge win! We'll be back and tell our friends.

By Robin, Posted: 01/09/2025So great to have an elevator here! Lots of stairs but it worked well for the grandfolks to stay here with that. Boot dryer was amazing and now I'm spoiled and will need that wherever we stay! Kids loved the ping pong table and everyone had a blast staying here. Many thanks to our reservations agent for recommending as we thought we needed to stay right at the base but this was more ideal I think. The walk to the ski slopes is very easy and we took their shuttle too on yucky days. Would love to come back and this was a great way to enjoy Steamboat Resort!

By Stacy, Posted: 09/17/2024This is a spacious townhome with a well stocked kitchen (appliances, etc.). We had 7 adults and there was enough space in the living areas for us all to be comfortable. It is a corner unit so there were plenty of windows.

And the location to the mountain is awesome - just a short walk up Village Way and you are there. We will be back! And hopefully in Blackhawk 13 again!

By Sally, Posted: 09/20/2023Blackhawk 13 was perfect. The kitchen was well appointed: cookware, dishes, glassware, spices… The grill, hot tub, Pac-Man, ping table, games, books were all enjoyed. We had a variety of guests from a couple to a family of 4. The lower bedroom was perfect for the family of 4 with their young ones. Great location. We can’t wait to return

By Jes, Posted: 07/24/2023We stayed here for my 40th birthday! It was a great size. Lots of seating for everyone to hang out together. The hot tub was everything!! Perfect way to soothe those achy bones at the end of the day. There was only a couple of things I wasn’t big on but couldn’t even complain because everything else was so perfect! When I told my husband how much we paid (I never tell him till after trips haha because then the amount usually isn’t so bad lol). When I told him he was shocked! He wants to start planning our next trip and stay here again, maybe even longer. Woooo, I did good!!! Anyways, definitely recommend this place for your next big family trip!

This home was perfect during a quiet time of year in the 'boat! Open floor plan that feels more like a city loft than a mountain home, which was cool. Really nice sheets and I was able to open the windows to get a cool breeze while sleeping. Strong wi-fi & the kitchen was fully stocked to cook in a few nights. I walked over to Wild Plum to get coffee every day and strolled to the mountain to get some exercise. Everything is nice and close. Finally, you'll love the private hot tub & views from it. 10/10 in my opinion!

Lots of space to spread out and privacy in the rooms. We loved the Pac Man game and the private hot tub. My daughter forgot her iPad at the property and the Steamboat Lodging Company and their crew were extremely attentive to our request and personally mailed the iPad back to us! Not only was this property beautiful, well kept, and perfect for our needs, the Steamboat Lodging Company hit it out of the ball park for us, and got the iPad back to us just in time for my daughter to get back to school. Very personable, and great with communication. 10/10 would stay again.
