Your group will enjoy the high-end kitchen with appliances, two lounge areas with plenty of room to spread out (great for the adults and kids) and four spacious bedrooms. EagleRidge Landing is the perfect landing spot for your next retreat to Steamboat.Walk into luxury as you enter this townhome, and enjoy the open living and dining room area with large vista windows and vaulted ceilings. Head upstairs to the Primary King Suite with an oversized ensuite bathroom, hotel-style luxury linens and walk-in closet. Also on the upper level, find the Second King Suite with ensuite bathroom. Need some space? Enjoy the two downstairs bedrooms, lower level lounge area, and a shared full bathroom. Get outside on one of the two decks and grill out, relax in the oversized furniture and soak in the gorgeous views and Colorado air. Just outside your door, pick up the core trail walking path to the Steamboat Ski Area or walk just 25 steps over to the community pool (open seasonally), hot tubs, fitness center, and group fire pit. For added amenities, park your car in the oversized one-car garage, and utilize the one additional parking spot on-site, or take advantage of the select few open spots nearby.Sleeping arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, Queen bedroom on lower level, and two Twin beds in the Twin bedroom on lower level. By Dixie, Posted: 03/25/2024Very comfortable spot for 8 of us to enjoy. Kids had own beds and space to retreat/enjoy. Great clubhouse/workout facility I enjoyed and pool use was great for our kids. Plus a nice separate work space a few of us used. Everything we needed was supplied and the hosts kept in excellent contact. A great option to enjoy Steamboat!

From the first contact to ask for more details on Eagle Ridge Landing, the service and knowledge given by every SLC employee was simply the best I’ve encountered! Eagle Ridge is a fabulous 4/3.5 unit, just like the website descriptions. Large enough for several more, it was perfect for the four of us, plenty of room to spread out during our 6 night stay. The shuttle service was timely, but we were so close to the Gondola that we actually walked several times. Hot Tubs and heated pool were a short walk away. We are already planning our next ski trip, and we will definitely use Steamboat Lodging Company!!

By Rick, Posted: 03/02/2023Great townhome and was well stocked with TP, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, coffee filters and kitchen utensils which is a big plus. Great location, only thing that could have been better was the hot tub gate was padlocked on our end so we had to walk around and very few of hot tub jets were functioning. It was also not very hot at times. Shuttle was great. I'd stay there again - thanks!

By Rebecca, Posted: 11/29/2022My family and I really enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday in this large condo. It was very comfortable and had all the cooking amenities we needed. We appreciated the quick shuttle service to the ski resort as well as to town. Not many people were staying in the village at the time so we had the hot tubs to ourselves. Overall it was an awesome trip and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in Eagles Landing again!

The property is close to the base too. We had several kids under ten in our group and the Steamboat Lodging Company shuttle service was so convenient to use. We will be back!

By Jessica, Posted: 02/02/2022My boyfriend and I spent a short weekend here with our families and had an amazing time! It’s the perfect spot for a winter getaway! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and if we couldn't we just used Steamboat Lodging Company's free shuttle. We spent a day skiing and a day hiking and enjoyed many different restaurants! The ski/snowboard rental was so quick and easy, located right at the base. The private balcony, hot tub, and fireplace were huge hits! I would go back without a doubt and highly recommend this to anyone!! :)

By Kathryn, Posted: 12/03/2021We came to Steamboat and stayed with Steamboat Lodging Company at EagleRidge Landing for a girls retreat this fall and loved it. It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 6 ladies. We try to get together every fall in a new mountain town and we fell in love with Steamboat. This home is close to the mountain and has lots of things around it you can walk to including a cute grocery store/coffee shop called Wild Plum. We loved the neighborhood pool & hot tub and even roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. Inside, the kitchen was stocked and we cooked dinner at home 2 of our 4 nights. The bedding felt clean and new and it was nice to have fans in each room. Mountain feeling throughout and overall, a great spot to spend time in while in Steamboat. Make sure to chat with the team at Steamboat Lodging Company about their favorite restaurants!

By Nick, Posted: 11/12/2021We stayed at EagleRidge Landing this fall and it was the perfect mountain retreat for us. We brought a group of eight and while we filled every bed, it still felt spacious. First off, the location by the community pool & hot tub is amazing and we made sure to take advantage of those with the kids. We loved the plush bedrooms and the sheets felt really clean and nice. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking in a few nights really easy. We used the texting service with Jake a ton to get restaurant recommendations and when we had a small issue with the gas fireplace. Steamboat Lodging Company is second to none on customer service and we really enjoyed the little snacks they left us when checking in. 10 outta 10 for this place!
