A really great spot for enjoying Steamboat in the summer! Terrific pool for cooling off and everything you can want is within a 5 mile drive or bike. Super easy check in and out and folks easy to reach if anything goes wrong. Kids were excited to have their own space down below and the extra living space was terrific and well used! We really enjoyed our trip/stay.

This was a great spot for our group. End location and amazing, huge kitchen for our chef in the group. Lots of ensuite rooms which was important for our couples. Super easy to access anywhere we needed with the private shuttle....no car required! Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Waterford 6 is well-appointed, attractive, and has everything you'd need for a fun vacation with family. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the Gondolas. Steamboat Lodging staff were very accommodating letting us check in a few hours early as nobody was in the unit the prior day. We also had a brief issue with a clogged shower drain causing a leak (which could happen anywhere and to anyone), that the service team responded to quickly, cheerfully and effectively. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our experience with a group of 6. The service with Steamboat Lodging was fantastic. All of the shuttle drivers were friendly, prompt and welcoming. The house was comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked beds were comfortable with good bath linens. We would stay with Steamboat Lodging Company again.

We stayed at Waterford 6 in February 2023 for our annual dual family ski trip. 4 adults and 4 kids (9-12). The house and location were great! House was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and the Steamboat Lodging Company shuttle made everything everything accessible. SLBCO staff made great recommendations and they have certainly addressed feedback from former guests. We all look forward to booking with them again.

We enjoyed our stay and the Steamboat Lodging Company folks were very nice and awesome at answering questions. Also, their shuttle was very convenient. The property, however, had a few things we thought could’ve been improved. First, there were not enough towels in the bathrooms. Only two bath and two hand towels. Next, the hot water in the bathroom sinks took FOREVER (over 5 minutes) to even get warm (especially in the evening/first thing in the AM which is when we all needed it most!). We even had maintenance come check the water, but because they could eventually feel it get sort of warm, they didn’t do anything to improve it. Also, there was no air conditioning in the unit and, because we were sleeping on the third floor (and the outside highs were in the high 40’s that week) it was just plain hot upstairs. They did provide fans, but they were noisy and everyone had to run one in order to get the upstairs cool enough to sleep. That was pretty noisy. Finally, there was no place to put our suitcases in each bedroom. There were two suitcases per king bedroom, but no place to lay out our suitcases to get our clothes. There was a chest of sorts to put clothes in, but it wasn’t very efficient and there was still not enough room for all our clothes, so one suitcase needed to be open, but again, there was no place for it. The kitchen was well equipped, and the sitting area was nice, but we will probably look elsewhere next year.

I stayed at this location with my wife and kids (last min getaway). After booking I was given check-in instructions which were very accurate and easy to follow. Parking was awesome and easily fit my truck. The place was the perfect size and had all the sheets, pillows, and kitchen items we needed. I had issues with the fireplace BUT, I am a Florida guy and never lit one in the past sooooo (probably my fault) Steamboat Lodging Company was happy to help walk me through it. In all we loved the place and would definitely go back.

The condo provided all the space, for both sleeping and gathering, that our group of 7 unrelated people needed. Waterford 6 is very well equipped, almost too much in the kitchen! The best part of our stay was working with the incredibly kind and helpful folks at Steamboat Lodging. They patiently answered our questions, made all our interactions personal and went out of their way to help us in a difficult situation. We so appreciate the personal touch. I am reminded that working with a local company has benefits far beyond keeping the money close to home. I will use and recommend them to anyone who visits the area.

We stayed in Waterford 6 over Labor Day Weekend and it was such a cool home! First off, it looks brand new and no details ignored. The modern decor is stunning and we loved having three master suites upstairs for all the adults in our group. Everyone had their own space which was awesome. The living room & kitchen is really open so we could all hang out while we cooked dinner one night. Our two kids loved the downstairs bunk room and made it their own little zone to escape to. Also, the location of Waterford 6 is next to none, You can walk out your door to a path that leads straight to the ski area or over to a small grocery store (Wild Plum) and restaurants. Perfect for getting coffee in the morning. Steamboat Lodging Company stayed in touch with us before & during our stay and was really helpful when we had a small issue. We can't wait to come stay here this winter to ski!
