This was a charming condo right in downtown for easy walking to all the shops and restaurants. The town express shuttle is great to get you to/from the resort really quickly and easily. Great maintenance staff as we couldn't get the fireplace going but they headed over quickly and helped us out. We will definitely be back to enjoy that terrific river in the summer!

Great spot for our family of 6. Everyone had their own bathroom per room so it was very handy! Tubing was right across the street and so fun. Walking through town was very easy/convenient. Steamboat is a very charming town and we will surely come back....hopefully to ski!

We had a fantastic stay at with Steamboat Lodging at the Waterside Village B condo. The beds were comfy, the condo was clean, the fireplace was super easy, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the flatware was gorgeous, and the management company was SO helpful anytime we needed anything. The location is also incredible...we walked to breakfast, dinner, shopping, and Howelson Hill. Snowmobiling at Thunderstruck Adventures was only 1.5 miles away, and there was a shuttle stop for the free bus to the resort right outside our door. Everything was amazing! Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was excellent except operating the TV. We finally found the button behind the screen. One of the remotes needed batteries. The apartment was gorgeous and well furnished. The heated garage was appreciated.

This was our first family trip to try out winter sports! Being a family of 6, this condo was perfect! It was spacious and allowed us privacy as well! Condo is well taken care of and nicely decorated. It was stocked with a lot of amenities which made it easy. This unit enabled us to walk to Howelsen Hill as well as the downtown shops. The only thing that did not work was the garage could not fit our Escalade and we had to look for outside parking. Other than that, we would definitely repeat a stay.

Great property! Had everything we needed in a very comfortable space and great downtown location
Very comfortable space for 5 people. Could use a better bunk bed for adults but overall had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Attentive property manager. We would come back for sure!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated condo home, well-located to restaurants and shops in downtown Steamboat. The furnishings and fully-equipped kitchen were of high quality. It was handy having 2.5 baths for our family of 3 plus our married couple friends. It was nice having all of the rooms on the same level, once you ascend the outdoor stairs. We weren't massively bothered by early morning snow plows or garbage pickup. The one car garage was too narrow to park our rented Suburban. The thermostat had a sign not to lower the temperature below 68 degrees, which is too warm for sleeping. Management might check the slow drains on the second bathroom sink and tub. Thanks so much, we hope to return next year.

Great Place in a Great Location
Stellar unit in great condition in a wonderful downtown Steamboat location. The whole of downtown Steamboat is very walkable from the property. Hosts were very communicative and helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect family friendly condo
The layout of this condo is ideal for a family vacation. With enough space for everyone, plus comfortable, updated furniture and amenities, it made for the perfect downtown Steamboat experience. We loved it and will stay here again.

The word I'd use to describe our experience with Steamboat Lodging company is "hospitality". We felt very cared for from before we even checked into our condo until our trip home. The lodging was even better than advertised, so clean, well appointed, convenient to restaurants and shops in town, and yet less than 10mins to the mountain. My wife had an accident during our stay and the staff (especially David) was so understanding, caring and helpful. They really went above and beyond, helping make arrangements from the hospital and home. We are sold on companies like this who do more than just rent you a room, they take care of you every step of the way. Thank you so much!

We ski often and this property was tops in our opinion. Spacious, super well stocked, responsive staff, exactly as advertised. We WILL be back.

Waterside Village B was the perfect spot for our anniversary weekend. Very comfortable and well appointed space with a wonderful river view. My husband was able to fly fish practically right outside the door! We loved that the downtown location let us leave the car behind and walk everywhere. Steamboat Lodging Company provided plenty of great restaurant recommendations for us. Can’t wait to come back to Steamboat!

First of all, the management company was SUPERB - attentive, intelligent and cheerful about every little thing. Secondly, a well-maintained and comfortable unit with solid construction, which meant deep sound-proofing from one part of the unit to the other. Sounds like a small point, but it meant I could be working at the desk in the master bedroom and could not hear a grandchild fussing around in a back bedroom. Thanks to all!

This property is located in an excellent downtown location. Unfortunately it's extremely loud at times because it's at the corner of an alley/road and the trash removal/snow removal will wake you up in the middle of the night and early morning. The unit is well-stocked, master is comfortable but one of the bedrooms has a foldout bed which is not comfortable. Dishwasher was not working when we were there.

It is so appreciated!  Waterside Village is in a great location in walking distance to everything downtown, but it does come with downtown activity and some noise. We are happy we were able to drop off a gift card to you since the dishwasher was not working and we were waiting on a part to come in.  Thank you also for letting us know about the fold out bed. The owner is looking into replacing it!

Our family truly enjoyed our ski vacation staying at Waterside Village. The condo was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Very convenient to everything! Highly recommended and hope to return!

We had an incredible time at the Waterside Village home this winter. The condo is cozy and in a perfect location to walk everywhere downtown. It was well stocked with a full kitchen, plenty of books and games, and all the amenities we needed. We would definitely come back here any time of the year!

Our family stayed 3 nights at the Waterside Village and couldn't have been happier with the unit itself, its location, and the customer service. Our property manager (Peggy) was very friendly, communicative, professional, and helpful. The unit was spotless when we arrived, and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the weekend doing activities together as a family. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Loved this condo! It was just like the photos and had nice decor. The balcony we GREAT and we enjoyed coffee and dinner outdoors. The only disappointment was the river was closed for tubing and fishing during our visit. Enjoyed the stay and hope to come back with our college age kids next summer.
