Step inside to the inviting main living space featuring vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light. The living area boasts plush seating, a fireplace, and a flat screen TV making it the perfect place to unwind after a day full of adventure. The living area easily flows into the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and tons of counter space. When it's time to dine, pull up a chair at the breakfast bar or sit altogether at the dining table. Step out onto the main level deck and enjoy several outdoor seating options, a gas grill, and take in the fresh Colorado air. 

Ready to rest easy? Head upstairs and find the Primary King Suite complete with an attached ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a stand up shower, and a jetted tub. The Second King Suite boasts mountain views and an attached ensuite bathroom plus tons of storage space. Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, a cozy lounge area with a Queen sleeper sofa, and a shared full bathroom. The King Bedroom on the lower level boasts hotel-style luxury linens and access to a private balcony with Resort views. The Bunk Room can also be found on the lower level and hosts a Twin/Queen bunk bed with an additional Twin trundle bed. Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, King Bedroom on lower level, and a Twin/Queen bunk bed and a Twin trundle in the Bunk Room on lower level. Plus, and additional Queen sleeper sofa in the lower level lounge. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

Parking: There is room for one car (medium SUV or smaller) in the heated garage, one in the driveway & a limited overflow parking area. Parking passes must be used in overflow lot.
