We had a great stay, starting with excellent communication with Steamboat Lodging Company before we ever arrived. Best part was, they stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival and during our stay. This unit was perfect for a couple that wanted to enjoy the slopes and the vibrant downtown area. Having a ski locker on site at the mountain was GREAT. Get out of those ski boots and hang out Apres Ski at the resort and ride the free bus home without handling skis. Bus stops 1/2 block away. Head to one of many great restaurants at your back door. Comfy place with everything we needed!! Thanks!

Had a lovely stay at the Howelsen A302 property. Just the right amount of space for 1-4 folks and all the items you could want/need. The garage is in a different building than the property but the directions were helpful in getting me to the right spot. Super clean and wonderful sheets and towels. Easy to walk anywhere in downtown Steamboat. Many thanks for hosting me!

This was the perfect spot for our first family trip to Steamboat Springs. Nice amenities, including parking, and very comfortable. Directions to the building and instructions for getting into the room we’re good. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and allowed easy access to our various outings in the area, including horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking at Steamboat Resort. Our son loved the pull out sofa, and the kitchen and in-unit laundry were super convenient. We had an after hours question and were able to connect with somebody right away. There was some occasional late night music seeping in from nearby restaurants/ bars, but not unexpected given the location.

Great location in Steamboat! Close to restaurants,shopping,walking trails. The condo was very well maintained with all the amenities you would need! We had a wonderful relaxing vacation!

We've rented through Steamboat Lodging several times and they never disappoint. The Howelsen apartment was comfortable, in a great location and had everything we needed. Steamboat Lodging is highly professional and attentive, provides lots of useful information for guests, and checks in with guests before and during their stays to make sure that everything is in order. If there's any problem, Steamboat Lodging is highly responsive and quick to address it. Planning a stay through Steamboat Lodging is a pleasure.

The Howelsen A 302 property was a lovely spot for us. Just right for a couple to enjoy. Easy walking to all the shops in town and LOVED having a ski locker right at the base of the Resort.....so helpful! Very nice, detailed check in instructions that we appreciated having. We hope to stay again!

This is the perfect spot for a Steamboat Getaway! In the heart of downtown and within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. It's cozy and well equipped, clean and the furniture, décor and interior in general was tasteful! Definitely will be back!

What a cozy condo in the heart of Downtown Steamboat Springs! I was able to enjoy walking around downtown a lot during my stay, everything is really accessible. If you're looking for the most convenient restaurant, try out Otto Pint. It's directly next to the main entrance to go to your condo! The condo was cozy, warm, inviting, and so clean... I will most certainly be back!

Amazing location right in the middle of downtown. We could walk out the door and choose from several restaurants just steps away, and a huge selection within a 5 minute walk. We also used the trail running alongside the Yampa River every morning- we stayed at the end of September and the trees were all getting ready to peak. We only used our car a couple of times during the trip- once to go to the ski area, and another to drive up to Fish Creek falls. Everything else was walkable. It did take us a few minutes to figure out the parking garage as it's in an adjacent building to the unit, but once we did it was easy-peasy- and would be great in the winter. The unit itself looked brand new- nice open kitchen/ living room with a deck that has a view facing the "Sleeping Giant" mountain. Highly satisfied!

Impossible to find a better location in Steamboat Springs. It is one block from the busy road (and the unit is quiet except for trash pickup in the alley) but is steps from the Yampa River, the Core trail, and all the best spots in town for eating and drinking. We never used our car except to access Strawberry Park Hot Spring and some hikes. Unit was spacious, the bed was great and the washer/dryer and toaster oven came in handy, but mostly we were out in the Colorado sunshine.

This place was very nice and in an excellent location. The condo was real hot when we walked in due to the extreme heat in Steamboat but it took a LONG time to cool the place down. Only thing I would recommend is turning down the air hours before guests arrive when experiencing hot weather. We even kept all the blinds closed the entire stay. But other than that, the place was awesome and the communication between the agent and us was wonderful! Would highly recommend this place to others.

Howelsen Place A302 was a great pick for a spring break trip for our family of three. The condo was very spacious and the pull out bed was comfortable. The downtown Steamboat location was nice to to do some shopping and grab dinner each night. The only downside was that the condo faces the alley and big delivery trucks go through there early in the morning. Not a super big deal, but we were awake pretty early each day as a result.

We just returned from a great week in Steamboat and are very pleased with both the downtown condo that we stayed in and Steamboat Lodging! The condo is in a great location, very clean, well stocked with towels, paper products and kitchenware. It is close to restaurants and shuttle that goes up to the mountain. Steamboat Lodging was quick to answer a couple of questions that I had. We will definitely be back and will use Steamboat Lodging Company again to help us with our stay.

We loved this property and the team behind it. Peggy was super helpful with everything from check-in to recommendations on local activities and restaurants! We were welcomed into the clean downtown condo with a lovely note and a bottle of wine. They congratulated us on our 5 year wedding anniversary, which was super sweet. Perfect location to explore Steamboat Springs, we will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay in downtown Steamboat. The apartment was in a great location and very comfortable. Can't say enough about the staff at Steamboat Lodging.They were very nice and helpful. I will definitely rent from them again.

Great property, very comfortable and spacious for a couple. Right in the middle of downtown Steamboat and all the fun businesses located there. Management company was very communicative and helpful, also mailed back a left behind item at no cost (thank you!) Recommend the location and will stay here again!

Everything about this unit is perfect. Starting with the location. You don't have to leave the building for two great restuarant choices. The bus stop is less than a block away and very convenient to get to and from the ski area. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Steamboat Lodging Company was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Thank you! We will be back!

The apartment was lovely and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Our primary purpose was local hiking, so we ate in, got out early, then had dinner out locally with plenty of places within walking distance. We especially appreciated the contact-less check-in and out, just many numbers to remember to buildings and garage. Surprisingly there are no check out duties (strip beds, empty trash etc.), just replace the keys and go, so simple! The living room TV is small but we did not use it. There is a nice sized one in the bedroom.

This condo is beautiful and right downtown where you can walk to everything! Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The property management company was very communicative and left us recommendations on things to do and see. Highly recommend, we'd love to stay again!

We stayed at this awesome condo in the BEST downtown location in Steamboat for our 17th Anniversary! You literally park your car and don’t need to drive anywhere. Everything is within walking distance or biking distance. This condo was fully stocked with great cookware, barware, Viking appliances, utensils, cooking utensils, coffee maker, coffee and filters for your first night, and it even had scissors. I've never had scissors in a rental before, which means Steamboat Lodging Company has thought of everything. The grill on the patio was perfect. It was easy to light and it was super clean. The bedding and bed was super comfy. Again a compliment to Steamboat Lodging Company for having super soft sheets, lots of pillow choices, and amazing duvet covers with the perfect weight for the summer to keep you warm when it cools off at night. The condo also has AC, which is rare in Steamboat. It was very comfortable. I’m sure the fireplace was great too but it was 80 degrees outside and no fire was needed. The personalized service we received from Steamboat Lodging Company was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing and recommended the best steakhouse called E3. It is out the front door of the condo complex and across the street. We ate outside on the patio by the river and we were so grateful they sent us there. The check in and out process was super easy and seamless. The communication was exceptional too. Thank you for making our 17th anniversary perfect. We can’t wait to come back and stay with you all again. We are a customer for life!
